    This is just one of the worst Pay2Win games on the market. You will feel like trash being free to play player that gets bread crumbs every month. You will get owned in PVP by people who spend money. You will feel bad for your gear not being good because you can't pay money. This is just absurd.

    The amount of the monetization is huge and unjustified. The game is a copy of Diablo 3 but cutted for mobile.

As a FTP player I was grinding for hours as paragon 12 with literally minimum progression. Reports say now it would take 10 years to max a single character as FTP or over $110000 USD!! The levels of predatory systems inLet's get this straight. You can play early to midgame as FTP.     Will never support another Diablo game again period I stuck by diablo we made them and they destroyed our game insulted or community and the people who developed the core game. When you buy a game that's your vote and all this monitizstion is just diluting your vote by selling you out to Wales with unlimited funds show where their focus is.

    Absolutely atrocious monetization that puts the most pay to win mobile games to shame. We cannot let these practices become commonplace especially with how the world is right now, inflation is at an all time high and they want you to spend 100$ for a level 3 gem? No thanks. Please don't spend a single dime in thos game and send a message to the greedy corporation that is blizzard.

    I'll give it a 1 because I got at least a few days of entertainment out of it. Without dumping loads of money. I dropped maybe 40 bucks on this game. Which I knew how much of a mistake this was. I was bias and instantly dropped money on the battle pass and stuff because it's DIABLO. but as I completed the story line. Reached a power wall. Meaning in order to do the next hardest thing , II'll give it a 1 because I got at least a few days of entertainment out of it. Without dumping loads of money. I dropped maybe 40 bucks on this game. Now this is going to be a large audiences first impressions of Diablo. It won't be much of an incentive for people to go try out other diablo games or play the future titles. This is just sad. Everything that makes diablo DIABLO. Is ruined. Struck to the ground. Probably forever. Even with the release of Diablo 4, which I'm sure we will all enjoy and love. But blizzard putting die hard guns through this disaster. Makes diablo 4 seem less exciting. Knowing all their resources and time is going into this **** of a "game". It's beyond disappointing and truly all governments need to start regulating or taxing these pay to win games. Some countries are headed in the right direction. This game is banned in two countries for a reason. Even the pay to win aspects are **** You have to spend 10 thousand dollars for one TRUE 5 star gem. Smh. It's just so disheartening and sad. What is happening to gaming man ? It's all about greed or making the biggest buck imaginable. There's no pride anymore.     The UI is so bad. Anything I do covers the mini map. And I cant bring the buttons on the right side to be lower.
    The game design is also kinda weird. Why do I have to click everywhere to get 2 cent reward anytime I do anything as simple of walk.

    Diablo Immortal has such great potential, but the horrific catering to whales makes the game pointless to play in end-game without spending hundreds if not thousands of dollars on Legendary Crests. It would take a Free-to-Play player years of grinding to get anywhere close to a functional build.

    Game could be really fun BUT there is only place for whales, as maxing out your character is going to cost you 80k $ with a lot of luck included. No place for f2p players bcs whales are going to own you in every aspect, leaderboards or pvp. Sad, as when i started the game it was fun sadly after 3days i hitted pay wall and all happines was gone.

    The fighting mechanics are very simple, which makes this game not fit on a Diablo experience, as the developers have got rid of all the progression aspects that made Diablo games be so.

    Diablo Immortal story is quite short, the only things that hold you back from completing it in less than few hours as a F2P player is the level capping directly forced as a main story request.

    The Diablo Immortal story is a complete mess, it feels as if it were added to the game in a last minute of development, as the story does not feel interconnected, nor it has continuity. The story starts as a Diablo game, but as you progress, the story turns more and more far away from the original story, less of Diablo and more of a generic story nothing to do with it, the ending feels like a complete rip-off, as it has nothing to do with Diablo, surely it took inspiration from the Diablo Franchise, but it is far below the quality of story the true franchise has.

    The monetization of this game is beyond greed, Blizzard seems to have paid millions of dollars on researching psychological tactics to milk the player money, which have alerted the majority of the internet community, some considering this game as "the most P2W Blizzard game ever".

    As my own experience, I did not spent a single penny (other than my internet bill) on this game because I wanted to have the full experience as a F2P player so I can give a review of this game without any shortcut that altered its essence.

    This game has the same amount of grinding XP than the other Diablo games to reach max level, but only if you use F2P Battle Pass XP, if there is no battle pass, the farming of XP time is way more than any previous Diablo game and has way less natural player progression.

    So far leveling up feels like a trap for F2P players as you get more levels than you get proper gear, so you don´t really feel like blasting monsters as you did on previous Diablo games.

    The legendary gear for a complete free to play player is a bit less common than previous Diablo games, these are the only way to make your skills customized, Diablo Immortal is extremely limited skill-wise compared to previous releases for the same reason.

    So far as a Diablo game, it is the worst release yet, even if it has modern technologies applied to it, it is far worse on the main key aspects, story, gear, skills customization, these are the true aspects that makes a game be a Diablo game, and it failed immensely on these key aspects.

    I have uninstalled the game as for this game is 100% NOT playable after completing the main story as a F2P player, no true incentive to play as a complete F2P other than with friends or enjoying the amazing graphics of this generic game, as for a Diablo game, it is not as much.    … Expand

    I understand that development costs money and that games need monetization. Grim Dawn, Path of Exile and Diablo 3 have monetization models that no one really objects to.

    This is basically a poor man's version of Diablo 3 with unconscionable MTX mechanics. It might get more of a pass if the game were somehow great, but it isn't.

    Com falta de complexidade na criação das builds e uma jogabilidade simplificada para facilitar a vida de quem depende de um celular para jogar Diablo Immortal inicia sua aventura com fartos level ups acontecendo fazendo com que você upe até 2 níveis por minuto, porém, ao chegar em um nível por volta do 30 seu leveling se torna incrivelmente lento, maçante, repetitivo e cansativo.Com falta de complexidade na criação das builds e uma jogabilidade simplificada para facilitar a vida de quem depende de um celular para jogar Diablo Immortal inicia sua aventura com fartos level ups acontecendo fazendo com que você upe até 2 níveis por minuto, porém, ao chegar em um nível por volta do 30 seu leveling se torna incrivelmente lento, maçante, repetitivo e cansativo. Claramente uma situação de 8 a 80 onde um equilíbrio saudável não acontece.
    Além disso, o jogo te bloqueia com um paywall absurdo na obtenção de itens, onde as pessoas dispostas a pagar tem acesso a oportunidades extremamente vantajosas de conseguir níveis e itens de forma rápida.
    Voltando mais uma vez ao problema do mobile, a UI feita para portáteis é usada também nos PC's o que criam ícones, textos e mensagens de alerta na tela em tamanhos exageradamente grandes, atrapalhando completamente a experiência, além da constante sensação de zoom onde a câmera muito próxima do personagem prejudica a sua percepção dos seus arredores.

    Observei alguns bugs relacionados a sincronismo dos servidores, onde os personagens ficavam constantemente incapacitados de clicar em NPC's ou looterar itens no chão precisando ir até o menu do jogo e clicar na opção "unstuck" (destravar) para poder voltar a interagir corretamente.

    De longe a pior experiência que eu tive com um jogo hack and slash em toda a minha vida.    … Expand

Do not let this happen we should not pay to have better gear and discriminate players with taking their right to enter certain stage of the game which in this case is Endgame.     This game looks just amazing, just look at this graphics. Buy in gameplay, it is not a diablo, seems more a Lost Ark. Also micro transactions just killed all the experience. I remember the day, i bought diablo 3 with all expansions, and enjoyed playing it a lot. This game just looks like disappointment after that.

    So clearly if you don't give any money, they don't care about you and they refuse to reply to questions. For example i simply ask "so tell me, how to reach level 400+ so fast ?" None of the Master Games replied on that so for me it's obvious, moneys is power.

    So they can go to HELL. That's too bad because playing experience on mobile is cool, on PC it's still bugged but don't bother, unless you are agreed to get trolled which i'm not. So for me, it's goodbye.

    That's a shame because i played all games from Blizzard but hey, new boss, new team so probably now, very bad Master Games (community manager).    … Expand

That said I gave it a fair chance, both on mobile and PC (sort of beta at time of writing). I wanted to have a new, novel, and portable Diablo experience.

    I would have happily eaten my words if Blizzard had proved me wrong. But this was not to be. I would have expected this from a shovelware studio. More akin to a bad reskinned asset flip job. Go look up NetEase's previous title: "Endless of God". Wyatt said 'built from the ground up'. That was apparently not exactly 100% honest. The voiceovers are done well. The story is solidly good Blizzard-quality work. The look and feel of the universe is definitely DII or DIII astethics.

    But that's where the positive ends. Crappy UI/UX. Garbage navigation system. The MMO aspect feels tacked on and doesn't serve the greater game in any useful way. And the obvious elephant in the room: not-so-micro microtransactions. This alone should be enough to shelve the game for good. I don't mind paying for a game. It's not cheap to run a studio of that size. Assets are expensive. Voice work is time consuming. High quality graphics don't come from shutterstock. I completely expect to pay for the experience. 50? 60? 70? 80? Sure. Come up with a fair number. And then sell me a feature complete game. But this whale hunting nonsense* should be the domain of naked cash grabs from crappy mobile games. Netease, for sure. But not Acti/Blizz. (*the strongest word I can use here)

    I used to root for Blizzard. They were what you expected from a quality, professional, AAA studio. Now I'm rooting for their collapse. Hopefully someone else better qualified to do the job can buy the IP and pick up the mantle.    … Expand

    I had more fun with my bowel movements this morning than playing pure cash grab Diablo Immoral. Game is devoid of any value. Even a moderately pay to win player will get screwed. Avoid this game at all costs.

    Smells like Pay2Win when you first start playing with "buy this" and "gz now buy this" advertising. I was lucky enough to get a 2/5 star upgradable to 5 star gem.. You think, wow brilliant... Then you realise it costs 10x more to upgrade to rank 2.. 50 gems from rank 1 to 2.. Gems=power game lags pvp is a filthy joke with hacmers already.... Yikes!

In Diablo Immortal it is gems, in other trash tier gacha games it is power stones/upgrade stones/super-duper +++++ to equipment/pay only highest tier characters. And these are usually only PvE gacha games, Blizzard for someI have played and enjoyed several gacha games to date. Without a doubt I can say blizzard took the worst path a gacha game can take, pay to win with equipment. In Diablo Immortal it is gems, in other trash tier gacha games it is power stones/upgrade stones/super-duper +++++ to equipment/pay only highest tier characters. And these are usually only PvE gacha games, Blizzard for some crazy reason decided to take it a step further and do this in a game with heavy PvP. It doesn't even give a player the option to catch up with x number of months/years, you literally will never be anywhere near competitive without shelling out absurd amounts of $$$.

    I know each Blizzard release has been gradually getting worse since Hearthstone released, but holy crap Blizzard, just dissolve your company already, there is practically no brand name value left.    … Expand

    I'm bothered by the bland story of the world's destruction, which was vehemently influenced by the online nature and spirit of the game or the inability to change the camera. The game looks and runs very well, and you can also adjust the graphics settings on more powerful devices. I'd leave the disdain for the online elements of Diablo Immortal to the eternally doubting and overlooking, because just as you can recognize a good poem, you can recognize a fundamentally good game.     It is undeniable that Diablo Immortal's monetization system has problems and makes the more advanced stages of the adventure unpleasant, but the fact remains that the Blizzard title has brought one of the best experiences in the action RPG field to the mobile market, and it really is difficult to find on the App Store and Google Play Store another free to play with such high production values. Diablo Immortal is an excellent pastime for those who want to complete the long cooperative campaign and, above all, could represent the perfect entry point for those who have never approached the series: even without putting their wallet in, in fact, it remains a pleasant adventure to live while waiting for the fourth chapter to make its debut on the shelves.
