This game shows what can be done on mobile quality wise and could have been a major step foreword to redefining the mobile platform. Unfortunately an amazing mobile Diablo instalment on a new platform is not with Immortal is - what we have here is one of the most aggressively monetized and mtx infested p2w dumpster fires toSuch an incredibly wasted opportunity with a beloved franchise. Unfortunately an amazing mobile Diablo instalment on a new platform is not with Immortal is - what we have here is one of the most aggressively monetized and mtx infested p2w dumpster fires to hit the market. Yes, if you have good impulse control you can get a decent amount of story driven control out of Diablo Immortal levelling through the campaign but make no mistake all this product is a pretty p2w abomination that should never have the name Diablo attached to it. Free and paid battle passes, one of the worst gacha systems in the business, cosmetics, multiple layers of currency, free and paid daily logins, pay walled awakening, money for power, heavily pushed +xxx% value bundle deals, curb stomping in pvp by whales, and on and on … you name the monetization system it’s in here slamming players head into the system over and over and over.
    I gave it an honest, open minded chance and the game is now uninstalled. If any of this crap beyond a battle pass makes it into Diablo 4 the internet is going to nuclear.

    Every type of gaming experience is locked behind a paywall. To unlock everything it cost more than 100k USD. They are showing their long-time players the middle finger, that's the only way I can perceive this douchery by Blizzard.

    Game would be so good if it only had battle pass and cosmetic microtransactions.

    After initially thinking this wasn't pay to win I have been proven wrong. Especially any PVP content is paywalled since whales will pour money in and without doing the same you have absolutely no chance. Also PVE content without paying to get high ranked legendary gems and gear becomes increasingly hard and cumbersome to a point where it isn't fun anymore but hey you can just pay a coupleAfter initially thinking this wasn't pay to win I have been proven wrong.     Prototypical monetized bs...even for a Free-to-play.
    Could've served as a revolutionary title on the usually-meh Mobile platform, but just merely more of that platform's typical cash-grab Velveeta.

    It will take about 10 years of playing to take cap without donation. This game is not about gameplay, but your wallet size.

    This "game" from 2018 to this day looks like a bad joke.

    But I gave it a try despite this.
    The game doesn't look nice on mobile (I like Albion a lot more). The game is a ripoff D3. Al lthe assets are taken from D3 and downgraded. It horrible. It looks like official chinese initiation of diablo mobile game. On top of it there is pay2win brought to insane    D:I was meant to be a disaster since the famous out of season april fool's joke.
    But I gave it a try despite this.

Soulless, greedy, exploitative MTX!! This game is a slot machine with extra steps. Its not illegal in multiple countries by accident. This takes the loot box business model to a level never thought possible. Easily the mostA pretty decent core game all things considered, outright amazing Diablo game considering its mobile.     Not a fully fledged Diablo experience as promised. No hardcore or trading. Small boring maps. The controls on PC are terrible. This is the worst Diablo game by far.

    What has Blizzard become..... Shame on you and your egregious money grabbing practices. This game does not deserve to carry the Diablo name. It's literally riddled with microtransaftions (to nobody's surprise) and honestly, I will not dipping back in ever again. To say this is a new low is an understatement.

    This is the best game I could have ever imagined for IOS and PC. people diss the game over microtransactions but you really don't have to spend any money on the game to play and have fun. I would recommend just getting the battle pass for like $15 and just leveling up and getting rewards.

    do you people not have scores over 1/10?

    honestly this score could be a 10/10 but blizzard will have to grind 24/7 for decades to get it for free or they could just pay $200,000 to purchase orbs to purchase crests to gamble on gems to maybe possibly get a slightly better score.

    I'm bothered by the bland story of the world's destruction, which was vehemently influenced by the online nature and spirit of the game or the inability to change the camera. The game looks and runs very well, and you can also adjust the graphics settings on more powerful devices. I'd leave the disdain for the online elements of Diablo Immortal to the eternally doubting and overlooking, because just as you can recognize a good poem, you can recognize a fundamentally good game. It may be flashy and efficient as both a Diablo game and a mobile game, but Immortal offers little that is bold, ambitious or innovative.     It is undeniable that Diablo Immortal's monetization system has problems and makes the more advanced stages of the adventure unpleasant, but the fact remains that the Blizzard title has brought one of the best experiences in the action RPG field to the mobile market, and it really is difficult to find on the App Store and Google Play Store another free to play with such high production values. Diablo Immortal is an excellent pastime for those who want to complete the long cooperative campaign and, above all, could represent the perfect entry point for those who have never approached the series: even without putting their wallet in, in fact, it remains a pleasant adventure to live while waiting for the fourth chapter to make its debut on the shelves.
