    Quite clear pay to win incentives when it comes to PVP as someone who spends just $500 can wipe a team full of F2P players. The amount of "grind" limitations put in place are inherently unlike any other Diablo game. The MTX systems use make the worst GACHA games look kid friendly and tame in comparison. I can't even say this game is P2W though, as    I'd give a negative score if I could

As for gameplay, the combat is alright, not exceptionally responsive, terrible for PC, but for mobile, I'd say about 6/10. The dungeons are quite repetitive, with bosses being mediocre, with minimal mechanics.

    ~75 hours played on both mobile/PC, so experienced all the game has to offer me, and can confidently say, it's by far the worst Diablo game to date, mobile game or not, the MTX P2W (in the PVP scene) make this unworthy of downloading, let alone playing.    … Expand

    This game exploits players in an extremely predatory manner into spending obscene amounts of money into maxing out just one character. I don't even understand how monetization this egregious can be legal. And it's a right shame because if you took out all the monetization aspects, you would be left with a decently enjoyable game.     Unreal that Blizzard has fallen this low to push out a product that is so desperate for money. The game could have been cool as a subscription model or something but how it's set up now essentially requires you either spend THOUSANDS or can't compete late game, even with playing 40+ hours a week. Really just sad.

    How I can play this game then some pay cash to increase drop rate. In other they are selling drop rate. This is so corrupt and no respect to fans and kids. Everything that I enjoyed in D2 got streamlined in D3 to a very simplistic matter and D:I takes this even further. Monster aggro is very slow. Already a few minutes in the game I feel overpowered, with a lot of area damage skills etc no challenge. this isBesides all the MTX rant, the game is kind of boring and doesn't really share a lot what made the diablo franchise great in my opinion.     I played for 35 hours and beat the campaign. Level 60 wizard. In total I spent about $70 on the game, I bought the empowered battle pass and some legendary crests to get legendary gems. That was my choice - the game doesn’t really force you to pay, I’m pretty sure I could still have beaten the campaign without paying for the gems. Anyway I liked this game a lot. It’s a casual version ofI played for 35 hours and beat the campaign. Level 60 wizard. In total I spent about $70 on the game, I bought the empowered battle pass and some legendary crests to get legendary gems. That was my choice - the game doesn’t really force you to pay, I’m pretty sure I could still have beaten the campaign without paying for the gems. Anyway I liked this game a lot. It’s a casual version of Diablo for mobile phones and it’s a lot of fun to blast monsters and collect loot. I’m not going to invest a lot of effort on the post-campaign grind but I may continue to play very casually when I need to kill some time on my phone. If you like Diablo and you just want to beat the campaign without grinding to max out your character you should give this a try.… Expand

    You need to spend a lot of real money to get the items so you can upgrade your armor and weapons .

    I don't need to go into the fact that this game is pay2win, pay2procress, but here it doesn't just border on fraud, it's a casino game with gambling elements, you get hooked at the beginning and it's really fun, level, great game, but I feel sorry for the game developers who put so much time into it and are ruined by the greed for money. conclusion: hands off, that's dirt.

Even if you play all the way through without spending money, you will still get your butt kicked by rich little snobs 9 year Olds. Thus game is a disgrace to the gaming community.     Even if the p2w aspects of the game were removed or minimized, the core game is a poor knockoff of Diablo 3. The game is designed so that you must play it every day or else you'll be punished, FOMO model + advantages you gain for swiping your credit card, F2P are whale food, plankton, krills, fishies.

This is the usual degenerate slasher to pass the time for most players this is a great game. For those who love hardcore and spend over 1000 hours in a game, this is of course a bad game because in the game's donate kills everything.     The game is primarily just a reskin of Diablo 3, with the addition of PvP and predatory tactics to make you spend money. The game itself is honestly LESS fun than Diablo 3 and feels like work. Just go play Diablo 3 instead. Ignore this garbage…

    so i want to say that the game itself is brilliant. arguably one of the best on mobile and its good that they decided to also make it pc with crossplay/cross progression cos it feels nice on pc too.

    literally the only thing that hugely lets this down is how blatantly greedy blizzard execs show themselves to be with this pay to win model. and saying it isn't pay to win because you don't buy gear. come on guys. gems are part of gear and you've made them more important than ever in this game. gems inside gems inside gems that would take YEARS to max out without spending money.

    Pay to win but it is better on iOS to play on the phone when your bored. Story line is good but end game locked for free to play. Would recommend playing 3-4 hours a day at most. I usually play 1-2 hours

    This game is so extremely predatory in it's P2W schemes that it should be illegal. Society should be protected against abject evil like this. And it's unfortunate because the core gameplay isn't bad - I'd pay $50 once for this game, but I wouldn't pay literally tens of thousands of dollars in microtransactions for it.

It took 4 days, that’s it, before I started noticing, “Hmmm, the next powerspike is from these things (namely gems)” and then the user datamined report came out. Even if you aren’t spending $110k, the game nudges you to spend a ludicrous amount in order to be decently geared. If you’re doing this all F2P, enjoy it and when you’re bored, no harm no foul. However, if you enjoy a good mmorpg and like the grind, the sweat, the theorycrafting, the challenge… There’s none. All of that can be bypassed with $$$ and the builds in the game are pretty lackluster and dominated by who shelled out the most money. In fact, it’s pretty easy to see who spent what at this point simply because of where their progression is. Progress is on a curve where everyone feels good until around level 60 cause they’re getting “strong” and then a subtle, yet increasingly brutal, paywall sets in and progress halts.

    This game is a lot of things, but a disaster, a mistake, a lapse of greed, and an abomination come to mind first and foremost. If you couldn’t tell, I’m not a fan of this game and it left a sour taste in my mouth of the Diablo series to come and Blizzard’s ideologies of future development.    … Expand

    Ultimately the system is rigged to lock out players behind a ridiculously long grind never to see end game unless you spend literally thousands of dollars to have a CHANCE to the gems you need. Some people have spent 5000$ and still haven't gotten any. The game is a spot in the face to Diablo fans and purely made as a money making machine with a disregard to the experience and finances of their players.
    Lowering to a 0 with the current system capping free players basically turning free playing useless unless you don't care about progressing or don't mind Shelling out your liver for a mobile game.     If you want mobile diablo, go get yourself Diablo 2 Resurrected or Diablo 3 for the Nintendo switch. This game is essentially a pay to win version of diablo 3, and no one should ever play it. May Blizzard's reputation suffer eternally for its greed and betrayal of its fans.

    I'm bothered by the bland story of the world's destruction, which was vehemently influenced by the online nature and spirit of the game or the inability to change the camera. The game looks and runs very well, and you can also adjust the graphics settings on more powerful devices. I'd leave the disdain for the online elements of Diablo Immortal to the eternally doubting and overlooking, because just as you can recognize a good poem, you can recognize a fundamentally good game.     It is undeniable that Diablo Immortal's monetization system has problems and makes the more advanced stages of the adventure unpleasant, but the fact remains that the Blizzard title has brought one of the best experiences in the action RPG field to the mobile market, and it really is difficult to find on the App Store and Google Play Store another free to play with such high production values. Diablo Immortal is an excellent pastime for those who want to complete the long cooperative campaign and, above all, could represent the perfect entry point for those who have never approached the series: even without putting their wallet in, in fact, it remains a pleasant adventure to live while waiting for the fourth chapter to make its debut on the shelves.
