    The monetization is straight up diabolical. I am okay with spending a few dollars a month on something like cosmetics. But if the game forces me to pay hundreds of dollars to even have a chance to progress then I have no desire to participate. Greediness at it's peak. 0/10.

    I bought the battle pass, and I was enjoying myself. Got through all the story and I'm now on paragon farming level. The game is full of bugs, and not only that the pvp, they buying features are completely broken and unfair..
    I actually lost all the legendaries I had in stash when I changed my loadout in armory. Yes all those legendaries I payed for, farmed for, gonne. You can't even easily send a ticked to blizzard. How can this be? You literally payed for it and now we can't even easily complain about a bug? They get you from page to page, to forums but no direct ticket page. This is a joke.     The game itself is fun, i got to level 40 but the p2w formula completely ruins the experience. I've already uninstalled, I miss Blizzard from the 90's and 2000's.

Hit level 37 and see how free to play this game really is. Try PVPing a whale and see how balanced it is. It's a piece of trash made by a formerly legendary game studio, which in itself is now just trash.

    This is all about getting your money, and a big portion of it. After you're done with the campaign and leveling, end game sets in and it's completely useless without a lot of money. If you don't pay, PvE or PvP will slaughter you and drops will be a rare sight.

I could tolerate that if that was all however the end game starts to really show the colors of this game. They will claim you don't pay for any in game gear trading or that you can grind it out. Its disgusting how much end game is p2w. There are LITERAL paywalls when the only way to advance gems past a certain point is with the currency that can ONLY be earned by paying for it.

    Claiming its still grindable when you limit people to earning only I think 4-5 of the one crest needed a week. When you need Literally thousands to get what you need for the specific gems and enough of them to upgrade. That is also if your "Luck" is average. if you are unlucky welp you are just really not going to get it unless you are willing to open your wallet.

    I miss games just offering cosmetic battlepasses which to me is fine. Helps you earn some money back for the game sure but people then just keep playing like normal to earn the stuff for them. Now its
    Battlepasses, Crests, Extra loot chances, Extra gear, Extra gems and a lot more if you are willing to pay us.

    That saddest part of all this is that the game itself is very fun. However, knowing that I will always be behind my friends who spend money on this game has really put me off from playing at all. This is a new low for mobile games, which says a lot about how unreasonable, predatory, and greedy the in-game monetization is. Shame on you, Blizzard.

    Add to this all the recycled content from D3, the mtx, the poor customization of your character and the terrible UI,    I won't not even talk about the microtransactions but the awful MMO aspect of the game.     This game has so much potential and is completely ruined by the rampant pay to win. In pvp you will literally face people with 2 to 6 times your health and damage in their "matchmaking". This is truly the worst p2w I have ever seen and it's such a shame because the core game is fun. Just everything is broken by p2w in pvp

I bought the Warcraft 1&2 Battle chest for the amount I would have paid from just the first dungeon clear offers. The Blizzard I grew up withI think this game is wicked fun, well made and beautiful.     While its gameplay and feel is very good on mobile and should be held as a standard in that regard, the fact that it feels like a cheap knock off port of D3 along with legendary levels of micro transactions, makes this mobile game worthy of Baal.

    I don't know who designed the MTX system on here but they're clearly a disciple of Mephisto. near 80 THOUSAND DOLLARS to pay for upgrades, or just about 10 years of game time to unlock your gear past the awakened state, for a 1% boost in... DAMAGE REDUCTION or some other general stat that gets OP...

    This is a horrible game as a result. It's worse than D3 on a objective manner, limited to 4 skills, no dynamic talents, terrible gear system, your maps are on rails... literally all there is to do is to grind endless for 5 Star Gems using Legendary Crests JUST TO BUILD ONE CHARACTER.

    This is a realy nice mobile game at first. Allot of things to do and a great diablo feeling.
    Then after some time you look at the shop and there is a ton of stuff to buy with real money and I mean allot. If it was just cosmetics I would not mind that at al but here you buy power. Sure this is a free to play but its at the same time pay to win.

Gameplay loop is fun but unless you pay, you're for all intents and purposes totally locked out of the endgame grind (legendary 5* gems and awakening). Exceedingly greedy MTX structure.     Game is not bad, has a lot of potential but at the moment it’s still probably a beta, I played till paragon 10 and found loads of bugs. The biggest problem is the game is pay to win, if you are dual willing credit cards and want to show your friends that you are rich then this game is for you, for the rest 95% of the players this is a bad experience.     It's honestly impressive how aggressively monetized this game, even for a mobile game. Mobile games are really bad in this department, but Diablo Immortal is setting new records. Don't touch this game.

    and more importantly, remove the capping mechanism
    I don't know what the dev thinking by adding a cap on the MMORPG game, as we can only upgrade our gear to LVL 7 if we reach paragon 20, and upgrade LVL 8 to paragon 30, etc.
    so how do free players like us to progress if u capped the only one thing for us to increase our combat rating???

    not only the upgrading mechanism that they add a cap, but they also cap our legendary drop for only 6perday, normal gems only 6perday to, side mission after 6 times u not gonna get any enchanted dust only got the white gear.
    so what's the point we playing the game if everything is capped??

    RIP BLIZZARD.

    Steer clear of this one! Even for Blizzard, this is a disgustingly cynical cash grab of a game. A once beloved franchise has been reduced to an ugly means of syphoning your cash from your wallet. I'm typically not a judgmental person, but if you go and play this game (even without paying a cent), you are enabling and contributing to the fall of the gaming industry as we know it.

    Firstly Diablo 3 was horrible, Diablo died the day they released patch 1.10 in Diablo 2, I member it clearly like it was yesterday, as I read the patch notes…xp runs reduced, magic find reduced, rushing friends in cow runs from level 1 GONE!! I was laughing my a$$ off… and within 1 week Diablo 2 was deserted!

    Then came Diablo 3 and we all know what a horrible joke that was…the best feature it offered (the ability to make real money selling items) was completely removed, removing any real reply value…

    Lastly Diablo immortal… while I don’t agree with most of what the clueless noobs on here are saying, I will however tell you how it actually is….

    Diablo immortal isn’t 100% paid to win but for you to get super strong super fast then yes you need to use money but you have the choice to play for free and I’m enjoying it at the moment….

    The gameplay is fun until you get level capped in zones (need to reach level 51 to continue main story) then the grind from 47 to 51 and previous moments like this become very arrggg

    While it is very pathetic that some items can only be obtained via money I wouldn’t have an issue with this if bliztards weren’t corrupt woman sexually harassing a$$ clowns…

    So as I stand now bliztards deserve to be shutdown completely even their main co founder left the entire company which I would of never done, I would of fired all the half wits and prevented this mess

    I would suggest to anyone that is curious on what they are getting involved in when approaching this game and reading this to understand this game isn’t bad but in 2022 it could be much much much much better

    25€-Skins are bound to the character (not even to the server or account), 25€ for 10 legendary crests.

    I'm bothered by the bland story of the world's destruction, which was vehemently influenced by the online nature and spirit of the game or the inability to change the camera. The game looks and runs very well, and you can also adjust the graphics settings on more powerful devices. I'd leave the disdain for the online elements of Diablo Immortal to the eternally doubting and overlooking, because just as you can recognize a good poem, you can recognize a fundamentally good game.     It is undeniable that Diablo Immortal's monetization system has problems and makes the more advanced stages of the adventure unpleasant, but the fact remains that the Blizzard title has brought one of the best experiences in the action RPG field to the mobile market, and it really is difficult to find on the App Store and Google Play Store another free to play with such high production values. Diablo Immortal is an excellent pastime for those who want to complete the long cooperative campaign and, above all, could represent the perfect entry point for those who have never approached the series: even without putting their wallet in, in fact, it remains a pleasant adventure to live while waiting for the fourth chapter to make its debut on the shelves.
