Cheat Code CentralProbably the most addicting aspect of this game is that you never really know what to expect. The suspense can virtually kill you.
-
Although not quite as surprising as it was last year (I dont think anyone expected a handheld Splinter Cell to be that good), its still a solid experience.
-
Very few action videogames for GBA can match up to TCSC: Pandora Tomorrow for GBA and what it is doing for the GBA generation.
-
Pandora Tomorrow, when compared to most GBA ports of console games, is a triumph. You can tell that the developers really took the time to make a game that is worth playing, not just slapping a Splinter Cell label on a half-hearted game.
-
Often frustrating, but overall it's a worthwhile experience that's unlike anything else. [May 2004, p.108]
-
Although Sam looks cool while monkey swinging and rolling from cover to cover, grabbing guards by the neck and knocking them unconscious, the whole thing feels a bit like a technical demonstration, rather than entertainment.
-
Nintendo InsiderWhat the game lacks in complexity, it gains in easy-to-understand controls and smooth gameplay. [June 2004, p.120]
-
At first, the billion movements Sam can do and the stealth action will make you and your thumbs very happy, but you'll soon grow tired of the game's intentionally slowed pace.
