Anyone craving some old-style, surprisingly difficult Mega Man action shouldn't think twice before jumping right into Mega Man and Bass.
-
For me, it's the depth of a game that keeps me playing it for hours and not setting the difficulty so high that you are forced to spend hours just repeating a level. I know, Capcom traditionally makes Mega Man games tough, but at some point a game has to be fun to play as well.

Mega Man & Bass takes us back to the old gaming formula, away from the RPG elements that now dominate the series. It's a welcome blast from the past, the lost gem of the Mega Man GBA series.
-
While it would have been nice if both characters offered entirely different storylines or if there were some bonus games thrown onto the cartridge, the bright colors, humorous enemies, and finger-twitching gameplay is well worth a purchase for anyone who grew up with Mega Man or is curious how this title character made his start in the industry.

Cheat Code CentralI gotta' warn you suckers, this Mega Man & Bass is one serious mother…"shut your mouth."
-
Anyone hoping this long dormant series to be reborn will be sorely disappointed. Anyone that hasn't tried a Mega Man game yet would be better advised to spend $15 on a new copy of "Mega Man 8" on the PSOne.
