Each one plays with a distinct style that's hard to get bored of. [May 2002, p.142]
  2. Doing the classic Konami trick (up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, B, A) on the title screen of each game will yield a surprise.
  3. This one is just for the old-schoolers who want to remember when gaming was a niche and not a business.

Ah the sweet tinge of nostalgia. It was thick with this one. [April 2002, p.66]
  5. On a purely technical level, the collection is rock-solid, with graphics, sound, and gameplay that are generally accurate to their arcade counterparts.
