Jun 26, 2022Although not much happened, the new season's first episode was intriguing. I hope that things don't get very convoluted this time.

Aug 18, 2022I thought the season was quite brilliant. Definitely had a few surprises. Acting was great, as always. And I enjoyed the inevitability of the story conclusion.

Aug 24, 2022Real return to form on the solid mystery writing. Less drama this season, but that's not what I'm in for.

Aug 19, 2022Another great season. Filming locations and set designs are excellent. You have to think a little with this show, but it's well worth it. All the actors are great, especially Thandiwe Newton. I love this show!

After a catastrophically silly third season, the sci-fi series returns with yet another reset that shuffles characters in unexpected, uniformly boring directions.

It is still dense and intense – and yet remains hugely rewarding, provided you’re willing to expend your grey matter to keep up. In particular, it displays a refreshing determination to not repeat itself and it is great fun watching familiar characters adapting to changed circumstances.

It’s feeling small. Dull, even.
