Sure has its funny moments, but nothing is exciting or intriguing apart from Jenna Ortega's character. Feels like a Sabrina rehash with a different protagonist and some Harry Potter ingredients.

The thingy is unfortunately a cheap CGI, low budget, pathetic drama with poor characters (except of protagonist more or less).

Who doesn't know them, the funny creepy Addams Family, a TV series from the 60's and the really well done movies from the 90's. Now this Netflix show is mainly about daughter Wednesday, who has to solve a case at boarding school. Now this Netflix show is mainly about daughter Wednesday, who has to solve a case at boarding school. Tim Burton directed the first four episodes. Hence the high quality at the beginning of the series, unfortunately this weakens noticeably in the course of the last few episodes. Nonetheless, the series is worth watching. Unfortunately, as with many Netflix series and films of the last two or three years, there are many woke elements here, too, a bit weaker, but the undertone of misandry is there. If you ignore these slight flaws, it's a successful series that entertains, nothing more.… Expand

Decent but wayyy over rated. Jenna Ortega is great in the main role, however the other characters are kinda meh. There are a few twists which I enjoyed, but overall the CGI is very cheap looking (why does the monster look like that, likeDecent but wayyy over rated. This show has a Harry Potter feel to it. Unfortunately I didn't like the storyline involving monster pictures coming to life. Get some better writers.

Gave into the hype... After 40 minutes, I cannot continue watching this. It gets old, quickly. The show is very dull, lifeless, and lacklustre... The actress is not bad..
