The entirety of this show is just beautiful. This is the kind of Star Wars that should be on the big scree, it's better than the movies. It aces it in every single episode. Props to Favreau and Filoni for creatively making this masterpiece.

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. the mandalorian is a series that, in my opinion, deserves this score because of the high quality visual effects, coupled with an interesting and lively plot ... shows a humanized protagonist who is a rewards hunter who also makes mistakes and failures... is not a perfect series, but it can show a character who can't solve everything, with punches and shots, which gives a much more realistic tone to the plot, besides hilarious scenes... in general, it is a good series recommend… Expand

Amazing show. Thank you Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni for expertly weaving this story together, appreciating the lore and giving us something to truly look forward to in Season 2. I can't wait! Give Lucasfilm to Jon and Dave!

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. The Mandalorian has been one of the most anticipated shows in the 2019 year on the new on-demand streaming service, Disney Plus. For the monthly cost of $6.99 a month, subscribers are able to watch the show. However, is it worth the hype? The Mandalorian brings a new type of genre to television and does it impressively. This space western show introduces you to Din Djarn, the Bounty Hunter and Mandalorian. He is a mysterious and maverick person, who was at first reckless then became prudent when he met a certain bounty, the child.
The child was certainly a show stopper in both the show and in real life. Din Djarn decides to take the responsibility of caring for the child when he realizes that the whole galaxy is after him. Along this journey, the Mandalorian meets strong characters that help him in his present and future journeys. Characters such as Cara Dune (shown below), is not in every episode. However, when she is, she is critical to the situation. This show was directed towards Star Wars fans. However, it became much more popular to not only Star Wars fans, but to almost everyone who owns Disney Plus. Not only Star Wars fans would be impressed, but normal TV watchers would be too. Critics raved on how impressed they were with the show, rating it a 95% on Rotten Tomatoes. Many focused their compliments on the characters. Watchers were impressed with the Mandalorian’s character specifically, and the transformation of his character throughout the first season. They were also impressed by one of the stars of the show, Baby Yoda. The innocent child stole the hearts of all the watchers and will continue throughout the series.
The Mandalorian takes you into worlds and stories that go beyond the Star Wars universe. It introduces you to a brave yet maverick Mandalorian, who is just trying to make a living in the galaxy yet his life gets crashed by a mischievous yet adorable child. This Series came out of no where. And didn't disappoint. Eagerly waiting for the next episode each time. It's very fresh. A good move to re introduce Star Wars Universe to the younger generations.

This is exactly what Star Wars need, I was never really a great fan of Star wars, always the same to me and I had to be drag to the movie theater when the 7 came out because of all the commercial arround it but this serie change my vision ofThis is exactly what Star Wars need, I was never really a great fan of Star wars, always the same to me and I had to be drag to the movie theater when the 7 came out because of all the commercial arround it but this serie change my vision of the Star Wars universe. Disney should stop focusing on the jedi because, let's be honest, we saw everything about that and this exactly what "The Madalorian" does. It's just a guy who try to survive in the middle of this enormus galaxy and who end up showing that he have a heart. There is a real stress for him because he can't just destroy everything with his lightsaber, he have to be smarter every time and he just fight for someone he care about, that why you want him to succed. Everything is good, the environnement who just make you want to explore more, the characters who all have they personnalities (never just good or bad, always grey), it's fell like they really had a life before all this and you want to know more. The camera, the story and the music do all the work because when you have a green baby starring at a guys with a helmet, you don't have much to work with, emotionnally speaking (I really like Pedro Pascal, I'm joking). If all of that didn't convince you to watch it, I don't know what to tell you man, you definitively don't like Star Wars...

P.S : SPOILER : Clap clap for Disney who is the only story creator who can make me feel emotionnal about two f*** toads reuniting, good job ! XD… Expand

Love the series so far. I recommend watching The Book of Boba, or at least the episodes that include the Mandalorian, as they are practically Mandalorian episodes stuck in the middle of Boba's series.

The Mandalorian has become of my favorite TV series. It may not have the best action or story compared to the main Star Wars movies, but the cast performs very well and the connection between Grogu and Din Djarin is fantastic.

I'd give an 7.5 overall score for the Mandalorian. The show is good, but I find it main foundation stupid. Mando won't be able to do anything with Grogu for when he grows up. Season 1 gets a 7.
