Aug 7, 2015The acting is pretty good, the characters are likeable, there is a lot of action and it is pretty tense,Sometimes the special effects are pretty ugly but come on it's a TV show, it doesn't have a budget as high as most movies.

Mar 1, 2015I watched the first episode that thought this was the corniest show I have ever seen. The fight scenes were horrible, the acting wooden, the special effects, terrible! Stay away from this one.

Feb 4, 2015Based off of the movie, which is very entertaining I love this show and all the characters. It reminds me of the tv show Relic Hunter with Tia Carrera back in the early 2000's. This is a Great family show and my girls love the adventurous take on it and how it's like Indiana Jones, but with strong women in it.

Feb 1, 2015I struggled to like this for the first 4 episodes, it felt like a children's version of Warehouse 13. Noah's character is very annoying.
It slowly got better as the series it got better. -
Jan 24, 2015I love that this show is whimsical, adventurous, and fun. I'm happy to have found a show that isn't drenched in sex, drama or gore. I really want TNT to make more of the Librarian series and definitely more movies with Noah Wylie.

Jan 19, 2015Fun, family fare with an engaging cast. It's a shame they didn't do this when Newhart was available, but it's still a nice watch. I wonder if the Brisco County Jr. fans will find it.

Jan 12, 2015The acting is terrible, making it hard to get through an episode without rolling my eyes so much that I get a headache! It's almost like the director's telling the actors to overact their scenes.

Jan 11, 2015Do you like light-hearted adventure? Magic and artifacts? Then you'll enjoy The Librarians. It's exactly what it seems: A ragtag group of heroes solving the mystery of the week. There's a hint of a build-up towards the season finale, but it's not so plot intensive that newcomers will feel left out.
Really recommend, and extra points for being actually fun. -
Jan 8, 2015Ok omg I found this. To be a total suprise yes it looked good and all but wow oh wow what an understatement this show is fantastic great for family's as well I highly recomend that u watch it full of fun and adventure for the whole family I say watch It good good good show

Jan 5, 2015love this show it is campy but it works.Great cast they really make the story come alive,The stories are old but with a new twist and new solutions to the problems.
-
Jan 5, 2015Kids show. Kinda weird in that the story and such doesn't seem to be "for kids" or that you'd need an understanding of what some of the lore is I think to appreciate the show.. ? Idk... It seems like a spurious series in any case.
I can't even imagine too many kids watching this, could be wrong. Was quite painful to watch speaking for myself. -
Jan 4, 2015It has flying swords, mythical creatures, and what can only be described as badass math scenes. What's not to like? The show is a perfect follow-up to the movies, with the same combination of action and humor, and while Flynn's occasional appearances add to the that, the other characters are capable of standing on their own.

Dec 29, 2014Big fan of the 3 Librarian movie's and do like the show but without Noah Wyle as the Librarian just don't see the show making it. The creator's of this show should have never allowed there to be a different Librarian.....No Noah, no show, sorry TNT but you already bit the shark
-
Dec 28, 2014The only complaint i have about this show is that the special effects are not always perfect, but the rest of this show easily makes up for that. Its got a unique premise, a great set of characters, and is overall one of the best shows of the year.
-
Dec 26, 2014Seems like a TNT version of SyFy's warehouse 13. good concept and it looks like the show has a good direction, especially considering how good falling skies turned out becoming. good potential, humor but i think they revealed the antagonist a little too soon.
-
Dec 22, 2014Christian Kane delivers a decent performance next to the worse acting and writing I think I've ever seen. Don't bother...childish plots and the background music makes the horrible acting oh so much worse.
-
Dec 21, 2014It's not very good. Not bad enough to hate watch and certainly not good enough to enjoy. Innocuous drivel but the airwaves are chock full of the same
-
Dec 21, 2014The only reason I am giving this show a 7 is because Christian Kane is in it! He is awesome. Col. Baird should be killed off. Rebecca Ramos can't act at all. The other characters are very likeable.

Dec 18, 2014excellente series! very funny, for all the family. Great actors! The best character is flynn carsen , I hope they do a second season and he appears more.
-
Dec 18, 2014this is a show for kids or those who don't enjoy mature plots.. I watched the first show and it just didn't hit the mark for me.. I will not watch any more of the shows.. just far to childish

Dec 17, 2014This is crap !
Keep away !
Scenario : 1/10
Acting : 2/10
CGI : 2:10
I was never looking for a profound drama here, but this is so devilishly mind-numbing that it makjes Warehouse 13 look like a chef-d'oeuvre.
It's almost as bas as Scorpions. -

Dec 16, 2014This tv show will please the younger audience, so if you are 13+ years old, I suggest watching something else. Anyway you can make a series for children without falling into the ridiculousness, but The Librarians doesn't even try to struggle in trying to achieve that, because it is, obviously, a product of seasonal consumption that won't reach much further than the post-holiday budget crunch.

This is over-the-top. And extremely fun. And here’s hoping Wyle recurs often.
-
If you miss Warehouse 13, or liked Friday the 13th: The Series, or Tia Carrere in The Relic Hunter, then The Librarians is worth a visit.
-
The Librarians lacks the fun of the first film--seeing Flynn learn to be an adventurer --and feels predictable and rote.
