What's with all the positive reviews? I thought it was laughably bad. Like Nicolas Cage in National Treasure 2 bad. Was it supposed to be funny? I don't remember laughing (or maybe the first time I saw the special effects). Warehouse 13 is way better than this. And I don't even like Warehouse 13.

It's not very good. Not bad enough to hate watch and certainly not good enough to enjoy. Innocuous drivel but the airwaves are chock full of the same

WORST TV series EVER!!! I mean there is NOTHING to write about it... after watching it EVERYTHING seems better... some time ago I seen few episodes from different seasons of Warehouse 13 and I hated it. Then I was thinking, could anyone made anything worst than that... and THEY DID. The Librarians (2014) is absolutely the worst TV series I've seen.

Very bad. Do not know I should lough or cry. This could have been so much better. The acting is weird uneven. It feels like a show from a Disney Channel.

    Keep away !
    Scenario : 1/10

I was never looking for a profound drama here, but this is so devilishly mind-numbing that it makjes Warehouse 13 look like a chef-d'oeuvre.
It's almost as bas as Scorpions.

Kids show. Kinda weird in that the story and such doesn't seem to be "for kids" or that you'd need an understanding of what some of the lore is I think to appreciate the show.. ? Idk... It seems like a spurious series in any case.

I can't even imagine too many kids watching this, could be wrong. Was quite painful to watch speaking for myself.

Just finished the Pilot. I haven't watched a show this bad EVER! Nothing I have seen comes to mind as BAD and as HORRIBLE as this show.

From the very beginning scene with the cops chasing the "terrorist" and Rebecca Romijn wanting to go in without backup and than counting 1,2,3 and skipping 3 and just going in, I knew something was wrong. WOW, I'm blown away at how horrible The

WOW, I'm blown away at how horrible The Librarians is. I'll keep watching a couple more episodes to give it more of chance, BUT D**N it's terrible.

OH! I thought of something that I have seen that is bad like this, Dragon Wars. Yea this show is in the same league of terrible as Dragon Wars...just not as entertaining for being cheesy.

This is one of the worst pilot ever seen. The actors and stunts are so much below expected standards that second rate would be a high grade to give this series. The story is a direct copy of warehouse 13 with some tweaks and its make you wonder how it can event be released.

Recommendation ; don’t waste your time looking

This tv show will please the younger audience, so if you are 13+ years old, I suggest watching something else. Anyway you can make a series for children without falling into the ridiculousness, but The Librarians doesn't even try to struggle in trying to achieve that, because it is, obviously, a product of seasonal consumption that won't reach much further than the post-holiday budget crunch.

this is a show for kids or those who don't enjoy mature plots.. I watched the first show and it just didn't hit the mark for me.. I will not watch any more of the shows.. just far to childish

The acting is terrible, making it hard to get through an episode without rolling my eyes so much that I get a headache! It's almost like the director's telling the actors to overact their scenes.

Christian Kane delivers a decent performance next to the worse acting and writing I think I've ever seen. Don't bother...childish plots and the background music makes the horrible acting oh so much worse.

When I watch a mystery show and someone says 'artifact', who doesn't think 'Warehouse 13'? Exactly!

Sadly, 'The Librarians' doesn't get the setup right. In WH13, the main cast was immediately enjoyable, the atmosphere and chemistry worked, the first episode was good fun.
Here, we have a bunch of people and I haven't managed to care about them very much, even after watching 3 episodes.
There is no spark, no verve, and that is necessary for me after watching 5 seasons of 'Warehouse 13'.

Maybe that show wasn't cancelled because it was out of ideas, but also because the whole 'magical artifact' concept got tired. Maybe that's why I got bored during the first 2 episodes of 'The Librarians'.
At least, that's how I feel about it.

And it's not only 'The Librarians'. Doesn't 'Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.' do the same thing?
Getting their hands on artifacts mit supernatural powers? How many of those shows do we need?
I dropped that show after 2 episodes, too.

If you haven't seen any other 'artifact'-series, look into it. Otherwise: Don't waste your time.

I watched the first episode that thought this was the corniest show I have ever seen. The fight scenes were horrible, the acting wooden, the special effects, terrible! Stay away from this one.

This is over-the-top. And extremely fun. And here’s hoping Wyle recurs often.

If you miss Warehouse 13, or liked Friday the 13th: The Series, or Tia Carrere in The Relic Hunter, then The Librarians is worth a visit.

The Librarians lacks the fun of the first film--seeing Flynn learn to be an adventurer --and feels predictable and rote.
