    Part II was horrible and so the end of this series is horrible as well.

We could just leave behind the scenes explicit scenes and show a hint that this couple is homosexual, lives together and that's it! You are violating people's rights!     There are long boring charcter dialogues that doent captivate. There are no monsters or zombies - could be any show like walking dead, but the boring parts.

    looks like the budged went into these positive reviews because show itself is generic woke borefest with terrible woke casting and zero inovations. If you have played the game you have already enjoyed the best version of the story. Pointless show.

In a lot of ways the show had a simple job, as the game the show is based on is very cinematic itself, but instead of following that blueprint the show has changed itself needlessly and to its own detriment in numerous ways.     Bait and switch.
    Episodes 1 and 2 were ok.
    Episode 3 was unnecessary, it was a pointless side-story with no impact on the main story.
    If this is the direction the show is going this will get worst as episodes are released.

    Not my cup of tea. I was moderately interesred, halfway episode 2, then I learn that ep 3 is some sort of homosexual romantic flick.
    I quitted then and there, as I do not emotionally rom coms nor homosexuality. Hence a round zero.

    Alors surtout, si vous avez joué, aimé The Last of Us, le jeu, ne regardez… surtout pas cette nullité nulle à chier ! si l’acteur principal qui incarne Joel est ok, celle qui joue (très mal) Ellie, est une catastrophe : un laideron sorti d’on ne sait où alors qu’Ellie est si jolie dans le jeu, intelligente, charismatique et volontaire : un personnage si dense et formidable ! et dans la série, on se retrouve avec une fille affreuse et sans aucun talent : ça fait mal de la regarder… tenter de jouer Ellie !

    De toute façon, tout le reste de la distribution est à la masse, de même que bien des changements apportés à l’histoire, laquelle est devenue une connerie sans queue ni tête… Une connerie volontiers wokiste qui se traîne par ailleurs comme une tortue dans le coma.     I can't believe the reviews on this site and others. No way is this terrible show an 8.1 out of 10. I hope the reviewers were paid handsomely.

    The story is slow and boring. The actors have been casted so badly its an achievement to be honest. I dont know how you can get so many characters so very wrong.     this show is ok. It is not groundbreaking masterpiece or horrible velma level garbage, but it made me like tlou games less. It made me realize how much of a burden gameplay really is in TLOU games. It is sad because I really like story of tlou games, but now when I look back where is no need to play tlou games when show exists. This makes me really sad honestly.

    I really disliked this series. It’s not loyal to the original content, plus it’s poorly written in some situations like: “the fungi can’t survive in temperatures above 35°C” ~ “The ‘global warming’ will make the fungi to adapt and evolve.” Such dialogue doesn’t make sense. Plus this series is full of w0ke things. It doesn’t deserve our attention.

    It dragged so long! I don't recognise the two main stars as Joel and Ellie. They are completely different. They have changed so much that this is the Last of Us in name only.

    Casting should have been done better. Also, the woke message of changing Sarah destroys a major event in the story. This could have been brilliant if HBO just stayed true to the game and the story.

In the game it kinda works a little, because you are more immersed into it. But as a show it's just another zombie show. And seriously we've had enough of those by now.

    Loved the first Last of Us game. I watched the first 2 episodes of the show and thought ok a bit boring but decent enough. Then came episodes 3. One hour and 20 mins of complete filler. I had to fast forward most of it as it was so boring. What a let down.

Déjà j'ai fait les 2 jeux et autant j'ai adoré le 1 autant j'ai détesté le 2 par le fait qu'on nous manipulait trop en voulant nous faire jouer le personnage Abby, ce qui cassait complétement le narratif et n'apportait rien. Il y ici un gros problème avec le casting. On se permet de changer les personnages, comme celui de Joël maise ne vais pas partager l'enthousiasme presque général. Déjà j'ai fait les 2 jeux et autant j'ai adoré le 1 autant j'ai détesté le 2 par le fait qu'on nous manipulait trop en voulant nous faire jouer le personnage Abby, ce qui cassait complétement le narratif et n'apportait rien. The show runner decided Joel and Elle needing a car needed to be spun into an hour long meaningless love story that had nothing to do with the show.     a series that leaves something to be desired, I played the game and this series was changed, I do not recommend it. It already bothers me to see Sarah black when she is blonde with blue eyes, they didn't even respect that and I stopped seeing her when I got to episode 3.

    Pedro is good as Joel in the show, but something feels weird with Bella as Ellie (also because she looks like she is 20+ years old when she is supposed to be a teenager).

    As always, Neil (the creator of the game and show) is focusing more in the wokeism than in the actual show (same for the games).    … Expand

I like the fact that they changed the race of Joel's daughter and that she is black now ! Pedro Pascal is really good as Joel also.

    The only "bad" thing that I could think of is that sometimes, I'm not sure why, in some shots, Bella Ramsey makes me think of Gollum from The Lord of The rings... it's maybe from the way she moves or something.    … Expand

Then it quickly became obvious that, just like with the second game, the team involved in adapting this story have again decided to focus on all the unimportant, trivial aspects of the story. To give you an example, there isn't a single straight white man in the show that isn't evil lol. Episode 3 is nothing but Ron Swanson making out with another guy with a big beard, the whole episode. They completely forgot to introduce Bill since they were so caught up in telling us about his boyfriend and how much they love rubbing their beards together. I was invested, but episode 3 took me out. No need to tune in on Sundays anymore. I don't know who they made this show for, but whoever they are, I hope they love it lol.… Expand

    The character of Tess has nothing to do with the game one, she was badass, as dangerous as Joel (nearly killed Ellie when she knew she was infected), almost the gangster queen of the quarentine zone. In the show is so soft, bad survivor and absolute idiot in that final scene that its a bad joke comparing to the one of the game.

    Bill its also nerfed in the show. In the game he is so badass he had the controll of a entire town, but the town itself is dangerous full of traps, clickers and runners, even a bloater, (he even use some infected as defense against the hunters surrounding Lincoln). In the show its only a neighborhood and its as clean as a todays stores showcase, even after 20 years of apocalypse.
    He is so incompetent as a survivor that he exposed himself in the middle of the road tho get a shot!
    Game's Bill would have killed this **** tv Bill in one second. Also he didnt even meet Ellie, what a disappointment, they had a really interesting interaction.

    And after 3 episodes Ellie is still a non like able girl, very badly portrayed by the actress and the changes on her behaviour makes her a worse character (even if they are subtle changes, all of them are for worse and are killing the characters evolution that is so well done in the game). It hurts but after the expectations, Bella Ramsey its one of the worst casting choices ever made, period.    … Expand

    Thought the 4rd episode was good, in fact compared to the previous ones was way better but once you compare it face to face to the games cutscenes... o boy its a cheap version, pedro is ok, not great but ok, but bella ramsey its not at the level needed, she has less range than stallone, should take more interpretarion lessons.

    6 its a good punctuation for this series comparing to other tv shows, but it doesnt live up to the video game, also the lack of infected in a lot of the portion of the show (of the first 5 ep, only in 2) makes the world of this adaptation to be a walk on the park compared to the video game, they could at least put them in the background or in stealth scenes.

It cuts 80% of the games scecenes and best dialogue, every change is for worse overall and only in the sixth episode are the only worth dialogue aditions. Ep 3 is not a expansion is a change of the story you d*mb. The whole series feels more like a alternative take of the story than an adaptation.

    As a huge TLOU fan, they **** it in every aspect. Don't listen to the people who say it is faithful to the game -- a lot of them piss their pants, probably didnt play the game or their IQ is stone level and didnt get the greatness of the writting when they played then.
