    In the end, by stripping out the gameplay from a vivid genre game that’s fleshed out by cinematic and televisual tropes, the series ends up as mostly just the latter: all flesh, no bones.

I have one question. if you don’t care about the canon and you wanted to tell a different story, the one that you wanted to show, then why be attached to the original characters? Why not take some Jack from Portland who walks across the country with another girl? I suspect that this is done because the script is crap and it is necessary to somehow attract the viewer at the expense of famous characters. In short, complete parasitism on the original story, which you distort as best you can. I am a big fan of the series and have been waiting for this series for a long time, but I did not expect such a disappointment ... 0/10… Full Review »

    I were very sceptic regarding this show, as I absolutely love the video game.
    However, after seeing the Pilot episode, I'm overwhelmed.    I were very sceptic regarding this show, as I absolutely love the video game.
    However, after seeing the Pilot episode, I'm overwhelmed.
    There are enough new scenes and changes to make the show interesting and fresh, even thou I know the game inside and out, but at the same time keeping everything that was important the first 2-3 hours from the game.
    If this is the quality we'll see through the 9 episodes, I'm certain this might become one of my top tv-shows ever seen.

    10/10 without hesitations and I'm thankful it proved me wrong.    … Full Review »
