Summary: Louise realizes that Mother Jefferson has a strong hold on George when he refuses to cancel a monthly lunch with his mother and go with Louise to a funeral for a family friend. Ultimately, Mother Jefferson agrees to go to the funeral with George and Louise, but when George puts his foot down on Mother Jefferson's demanding ways, she makes a scene.
