What a huge difference between what users are saying about the show and how the critics rated it... Obviously there are a lot of fans. Count me as one... very well written and acted show. Shame FX couldn't have given it another season to catch on.

One of my favorite shows. You need a sophisticated sense of humor to enjoy it. That may sound bizarre, but you have to be able to analyze the situations and realize how unique this show is. The plot has never been done. I love Everybody Loves Raymond and Seinfeld, but they're are lots One of my favorite shows. You need a sophisticated sense of humor to enjoy it. I love Everybody Loves Raymond and Seinfeld, but they're are lots of cheap rip offs of those shows that aren't being cancelled. This the Flight of the Conchords on FX, and the the only good show on the network besides It's Always Sunny. (The edge still goes to Testees).… Expand

Witty comedy with plenty of slap stick sprinkled on top. I can only hope that this show is brought back. This show is exactly what I hope to watch after a long day.

Never heard any hype about this show other than the brief commercials leading up to it. I have to say, I didn't think that FX could top the crude (yet awesome) humor of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia but they knocked it out of the park on this one. This show was clever, very clever, it made the sort of cringing humor that I normally despise, work... And boy they made it work well! Every episode took the show to new levels of depravity and stupidity and I loved it. Jelly bean omlettes was a classic. Gross, vulgar, low, and laugh-out-loud funny. Some of the episodes are comedic gems, as funny as anything I've ever seen on TV. The only reason I give it a 9 out of 10 is because not every story achieves the high standards this show has set for itself... but even the weaker eps are Gross, vulgar, low, and laugh-out-loud funny. Shock humor that's too much shock and not enough humor. The concept seems great, but the jokes aren't there. The only redeeming value is watching their bodies undergo various changes, most of which, make me want to vomit and turn off the tv, of which only the latter happens.
