It knows exactly what it is and makes no apologies for it. Although the series is starting to show its age, The 4th Awakens still delivers over-the-top summer nonsense.

The fourth one isn't as much silly fun of the first two, but it's a few bites better than last summer's dismal "Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No!"

Every single scene, and just about every line, will remind you that this is an unapologetically, gloriously idiotic enterprise. ... For discriminating viewers; shark lovers; sharks; meteorologists: F. For “Sharknado” fans: B

The 4th Awakens is all over the place, both geographically and in its confused, unfocused storytelling.

Now it’s just a tired minor media property and product placement tool for Comcast, which gets name-checked multiple times. At this point, Sharknado deserves to sleep with the fishes.

What remains is the dullest and most loathsome kind of movie out there, the kind that uses its overtly sarcastic tone to shield from any criticism.

Going even more over the top than the last, it's gleefully stupid and doesn't apologize for being so. It's without a 10/10 on entertainment but as a overall film, not to much. Full Review »

This review contains spoilers, click full review link to view. I had to give this a 10 people. I mean c'mon for crimeny's sake! Sharknado is what it is.
In this one Tara Reid is a friggin' Cyborg. Ian Ziering has attained superpowers. David Hasselhof, did you see him try to run to that car? Hilarious! And a Twister Cownado take off, plus Gilbert F'ing Gottfried!!!
This stuff I just mentioned is 1/100 of the awesome badness that is Sharknado 4. Rating something this bad with a low score is actually an oxymoron IMO. Rock on Asylum/SyFy!!!!! Sharknado 5 can only be an improvement on the badness. :o)
