Summary: When the dragon steals from Hugo's supply of muscles he vows to get back at him. He organizes an octopus-fishing contest in hopes of cutting off the scaly beast's food supply. Meanwhile Riri decides to use the occasion to follow his horoscope's advice and declare his feelings to Melody.
