Summary: King Hugo's having a bad day: Nadine Green, an inspector from the Association for the Protection of the Dragons wants to see the local dragon to be sure he's well treated. She warns that the dragon is an endangered species and the king must be nice to the animal otherwise she'd be obliged to remove the dragon from the kingdom.
