Summary: Nancy increasingly feels responsible for Oliver's safety. She sneaks away from Sikes to contact Brownlow and Rose to warn them about Monks and the threat to Oliver. Rose knows Monks is sly and dangerous although Brownlow doesn't want to believe her. The Artful Dodger tells Fagin that Nancy told Brownlow about Fagin's hideout and SikesNancy increasingly feels responsible for Oliver's safety.
