    Think “Game of Thrones” for broadcast TV, minus dragons, with over-the-top melodrama, as much skin as broadcast TV will allow and bad dialog.

    You can be forgiven for not immediately recognizing the Biblical king, lost as he is in the muddled cheesefest that is ABC’s Of Kings and Prophets.

    Why are bible productions always acted quasi Shakespearean with some kind of English accents that do not exist with Israelites sounding moreWhy are bible productions always acted quasi Shakespearean with some kind of English accents that do not exist with Israelites sounding more like Indians. It is gorey, voiolent and lacks likeable characters and mostly does not convey any messages the books of Samuel are supposedly meant to do.     watched the premeire of this show last night and gotta say that it seems abc has finally came up with a decent drama from this week it wasntwatched the premeire of this show last night and gotta say that it seems abc has finally came up with a decent drama from this week it wasnt as sexual as some have said it completley keeps your intrest full of action suspence and drama i will most defenetly be watching agin i feel this could be the start of something new and long awaited for abc the start of actual good drama not just comedy… Full Review »

    I like this show, I find it interesting and better than most reality shows, to me it never started off slow it came right out of the gateI like this show, I find it interesting and better than most reality shows, to me it never started off slow it came right out of the gate ready to go. I will assume it probably will not be picked up and that will be a shame, I am 100% sure if it was given another season and broadcast-ed out there more so people actually knew about it, then it would really take off..
    I say ABC has gotten it right, full of action, suspense and yes at times a little sexual but heck bring it, as above better than reality shows.. Keep this show going !!    … Full Review »
