May 6, 2020Good clean comedy. So rare nowadays. We need more of this stuff. I always have mad respect for any comedian who actually puts the work in to be funny without going for "cliched" shock value crassness. This is funny stand up. This is Jerry Seinfeld. He is a talented man.

May 15, 2020Ahh yes. Season 1 of this comedy special was very good. Jerry Seinfeld is an incredibly talented comedian. All of his little quips and notices about technology and how it affects us were well observed.

May 9, 2020If Jerry Seinfeld wanted to let us feel like we were in a simple stand up night enjoying some intimate environment, he shouldnt have done this in a big theater. Its humor is too light for being in a big stage these days. Or he should have taken more risks in the jokes. Or have made the show a little longer. None of this happened. It's still funny in its own style.

Watching Jerry Before Seinfeld may feel more comforting in this moment than watching 23 Hours To Kill. But whether you think he’s great or he sucks, well, you’re not far off from the truth, either way.

If you dug his brand of observational stand-up in the past, you might still like it today. If you consider yourself a true connoisseur of dad jokes, get ready for a feast. If you’ve always felt like Jerry Seinfeld was a parody of himself, and of an entire strand of stand-up that peaked during the Reagan years, then this might be a tough hour to get through.

23 Hours to Kill is his first completely original special since 1998, but it’s not exactly cutting-edge stuff—it has a whole block of jokes about Pop-Tarts and frozen orange juice. Many viewers will find solace in that sameness.
