Summary: Week 8 is now over, and the Bengals got right back up after that loss last week and put 44 points on the Oilers as they beat Houston 44-21. This was a big offensive week, for the Jets put 44 points on the Dolphins, and the Vikings put up 49 points on the Buccaneers. The Bears defeated the 49ers on Monday night 10-9 keeping the Bears aheadWeek 8 is now over, and the Bengals got right back up after that loss last week and put 44 points on the Oilers as they beat Houston 44-21. This was a big offensive week, for the Jets put 44 points on the Dolphins, and the Vikings put up 49 points on the Buccaneers. The Bears defeated the 49ers on Monday night 10-9 keeping the Bears ahead of the Vikings in the NFC Central race, and the Rams defeated the Seahawks 31-10, as they once again enjoy a 1 game lead over the 49ers in the NFC West at 6-2. We have reached the halfway point in the season, and Len and Nick discuss which teams at the halfway point are contenders for the postseason, and which teams are pretenders, and fade away as the 2nd half of the season comes and goes. Also, which teams that are out of the playoff picture right now could find themselves in the postseason at the end of the season?
