The Giants took control of the NFC East after defeating Washington 27-20 despite Redskins quarterback Jay Schroeder throwing for 420 yards. At the halfway point of the season it's still a 3 team race in the NFC East with the Giants at 7-1, and both the Redskins and Cowboys 1 game back at 6-2. In the AFC East, the Jets are 7-1 after defeating the Saints at home 28-23, and Miami and New England are now 2 games behind them. Len and Nick discuss whether we can expect both New York teams in the postseason, and perhaps even the Super Bowl, or should the fans still consider Denver, also at 7-1 as still the favorite to win the AFC.
