Summary: The remaining aspiring chefs compete in the fourth episode of the eighth season of Hell's Kitchen. Chef Ramsay challenges the aspiring chefs to each create their own ravioli dish using ingredients of their choice, then asks both teams to rank their dishes from 1 to 6. He then tastes the dishes and the winning team is rewarded with aThe remaining aspiring chefs compete in the fourth episode of the eighth season of Hell's Kitchen. Chef Ramsay challenges the aspiring chefs to each create their own ravioli dish using ingredients of their choice, then asks both teams to rank their dishes from 1 to 6. He then tastes the dishes and the winning team is rewarded with a helicoptered visit to an ocean resort, while the losing team is made to prep both kitchens and also make Mozzarella cheese from scratch by milking cows. At dinner service, one team rises to the challenge, but the other fails miserably. Chef Ramsay sends the team that completed service in to help the other team, but they are unable to salvage the situation.
