Summary: The remaining aspiring chefs compete in the third episode of Hell's Kitchen. In the early morning, Chef Ramsay sends in a group of paramedics to give the chefs a physical. In the early morning, Chef Ramsay sends in a group of paramedics to give the chefs a physical. The paramedics discover nothing physically wrong with the chefs, so Chef Ramsay decides that the chefs must have a mental block, based on their performance in the previous dinner service. He challenges both teams to cook breakfast for a group of 50 paramedics. One team dominates the other and is rewarded with a poolside lunch and a visit to trapeze school. The losing team is made to polish 250 pieces of stemware, then clean both kitchens. At dinner service, both teams complete service, but not without a large amount of struggle, especially on the part of one chef. Chef Ramsay goes to the customer comment cards to decide on a winning team, but then surprises the chefs by eliminating a chef from that team.… Expand
