Summary: The remaining fourteen chefs face added pressure following the first elimination of the season. Chef Ramsay brings in world-renowned chef Masaharu Morimoto for a demonstration, then challenges the aspiring chefs to recreate his salmon cucumber avocado rolls and tuna nigiri to exacting standards. During the evening's service, Chef Ramsay assigns two chefs as assistant maitre d's to relieve the pressure on new maitre d' James Lukanik.
