Summary: Before heading back up to the dorms for the evening, the remaining chefs are presented with a surprise-- their friends and family. Re-energized by the surprise, they head into the next day's challenge with renewed confidence and are given 90 minutes to prepare 100 portions each of a dish of their choice for a group of 100 mystery guests.Before heading back up to the dorms for the evening, the remaining chefs are presented with a surprise-- their friends and family. Re-energized by the surprise, they head into the next day's challenge with renewed confidence and are given 90 minutes to prepare 100 portions each of a dish of their choice for a group of 100 mystery guests. The guests turn out to be 100 chefs and one of the aspiring chefs receives glowing ratings, while another is humbled when their dish is heavily panned. The winning chef is sent off for a makeover and appears the next day with Chef Ramsay on Good Day Live. The two losing chefs endure cleaning and laundering. During the service, each of the chefs is given a chance at running the pass. All experience highs and lows, but all three put in an overall strong service.
