Summary: The chefs split into teams of men and women and immediately set to cooking their signature dishes. During dinner service, the chefs struggle through a power outage and two of the chefs try their hand at being waiters. A disastrous dinner service leads Chef Ramsay to select the losing team based on the performance of their waiter.
