Summary: The boy who Hayate meets is revealed to be Wataru Tachibana, Nagi's fiancé. However, Nagi and Wataru can't stand each other. Moreover, Wataru is infatuated with Isumi, who's completely oblivious to Wataru's crush on her. Plus, Wataru thinks that Isumi is interested in Hayate. So Wataru challenges Hayate to a duel so he can look good inThe boy who Hayate meets is revealed to be Wataru Tachibana, Nagi's fiancé. However, Nagi and Wataru can't stand each other. Moreover, Wataru is infatuated with Isumi, who's completely oblivious to Wataru's crush on her. Plus, Wataru thinks that Isumi is interested in Hayate. So Wataru challenges Hayate to a duel so he can look good in front of Isumi. Hayate thinks the same way as him, and thus he purposely loses. However, it produces the opposite effect Hayate was hoping for; instead of making Wataru look good in front of Isumi, it made her think that it was kind of Hayate to lose on purpose to not hurt Wataru's pride (when in reality, it did).

Feeling sorry about this, Hayate wants to apologize to him, but he lives in Shinjuku. So, he, Nagi, and Isumi decide to go by train to go to the city. Unfortunately, Isumi gets lost on her own, and Hayate and Nagi have to find her.

Eventually, Hayate manages to get to the city and discovers that Wataru's family runs... a video rental store?… Expand
