Summary: Sandy Keane takes over as the cook at Delmonico’s and suddenly the place is loaded with customers. One customer complains about his eggs and hits Sandy in the head with a plate. Sandy hits the man back and kills him. Matt and Chester go after him. Sandy stops at a farm and sweet talks Effie.
