Summary: It's a clash of soccer giants between Germany and Italy in the first semi-finals match held in the sold-out stadium of Dortmund.
Germany's last meeting with Italy was in a friendly warm-up match in Florence in March of 2006. Italy defeated the host with a convincing margin of 4-1. However Jurgen Klinsmann’s men have grown since then.It's a clash of soccer giants between Germany and Italy in the first semi-finals match held in the sold-out stadium of Dortmund.
