Danny installs a burglar alarm system for Emily at No. 3. She tells Spider she won't be beaten by thugs and sends him back to the bedsit. Mike can't understand why Mark wants to throw away the opportunities he is giving him but Alma makes him see Mark is his own person. He realises she's right and tells alarmed Linda that Mark should go to Amsterdam.
