Summary: Mark refuses to listen to Mike about Leanne and insists on taking her out. Mike is amused when Linda tells him she wants her role at the factory redefined. Martin is upset when Rebecca tells him she needs time to think about them as she can't bear the thought of him having sex with Gail.
