Summary: A patient with an overactive imagination at a hospital for the elderly asks Checkmate to investigate strange happenings at the facility, and a series of carefully planned "accidents" aimed at Anne Elliot, wealthy heiress and wife of the facility's director, Dr. Thomas Elliot, seems to corroborate her suspicions.
