Reeves is trying to do something about the state of law enforcement in America, but APB, with its alternation of tedious command-center computer-gazing and routine cops-chasing-bad-guys action, doesn’t seem like a concept that will keep viewers intrigued week after week. Read full review

APB has some fertile ideas at its core; for instance, the app Reeves unveils actually has a number of intriguing features. The only way it would be watchable is if it was some kind of Robocop deal--and that's a 20th century idea. No, this is just another in a very large pile of not-very-good ideas that got turned into a TV show. Go play with one of your apps instead. Read full review

This show is awesome!!!!! We love it, and just because there are idiotic people out there that look at this show and say it isn't real well guess what E.T. Wasn't real either get over it and shut up! Leave the show alone it's great.

I loved the concept of this show. The technology and the plot is awesome, but it is still in the beginning stages and a little awkward. I believe it will be a much better show in the second season.

For the critics and those who think fictional tv drama should mirror real life, may I suggest documentaries, as this is entertainment.
APB is written fairly well, the acting is good, and the characters are like-able . I hope to see multiple seasons of this show.

I am aware that it does not portray police procedural whatever to the tee, or that the plot line is not plausible, but hey neither is Star Wars, Legends of Tomorrow, or the sort, as it is assumed the majority of the viewing will be able to discern reality from fiction.… Expand

Great New series! Love the ideas it proposes. Love the nod to a Tony Stark like persona. Love the Tech. It is like Knight Rider merging with TJ Hooker, from those from the 80's.

The cast is good with Justin Kirk leadind the way as a "Tony Stark" running a Police District and hiting the streets hightech devices. Just want to see what the future of this story.… Expand

If you start from a very poor idea ( a billionaire bribing a Mayor to take control of a police department) the development of this idea is not going to improve the final product. Bad and promising to get even worst.

The premise of this program is just plain ludicrous even for science fiction fans or people who love to buy expensive toys. APB would have made an excellent video game but just doesn't cut it as a TV show.
