    Trudeau and his team continue to deliver a show that, while perhaps not the out-and-out smartest scripted inside-the-Beltway series around, qualifies at the very least for the runoff.

    It's a cute comedy that takes a look at lives of politicians in Washington D.C. and the people around them.     Very enjoyable and entertaining season which just got better by the end of it. Some over the top acting and plot lines here and there, butVery enjoyable and entertaining season which just got better by the end of it. Some over the top acting and plot lines here and there, but nothing major. Loved that they focused on the stories of the aides, family members as well. While the creators approach definitely changed, I found myself burning through the episodes quicker than in S1.… Full Review »

    Mentioning global warming for no reason other than to point out global warming, was not entertaining. Taking the "right to carry" thing to an extreme was VERY funny because it flowed naturally from the character the writers created.

    This show works best when the characters expose the reality of Washington's "deadlock culture." They forgot that in Season 2.

    Most of those in politics find what goes on under that dome to be absurd. The absurdity cuts both ways but Trudeau, who did such a masterful job of skewering both parties in Season 1, now only plays the conservatives for laughs and the overall experience suffers for it.    … Full Review »
