    It was an interesting series but the last season was a bit rushed and not quite as tight as the 2nd season. The books were fun and one of the top fantasy series (especially since it was finished). The 3rd season didn't spend enough time showing the growth of Diana and the love story was, as is always true in TV, overplayed, e.g. not enough mystery and too much romance.

    A Discovery of Witches can get a little bogged down with all the political manoeuvring and lore, and earlier parts of this new series do drag on a little in this manner. ... Still, series three makes up for it by maintaining a strong grip on the emotional through-line of its characters.
