By giving Kefling fans the same quality of gameplay, but changing the setting, NinjaBee has done a great job of making it appealing to return to the world of Keflings. The only problem is that releasing both DLC packs so close to each other, fans may have to choose between one or the other. If that is the case, then Zombiesaurus is probably the best way to go. It has a little more content and gives slightly more value for money.

In the end, Skylanders Giants feels like the right evolution for the series. There are enough tweaks and new content to get people back into the game, while the new figures only amount to 16 this time around (unless you really need to collect the new Series 2 ones) it makes it more manageable on your wallet.

All in all, Zombie Driver HD is not a bad game. There is sadly no multiplayer to speak of, which is a missed opportunity in my opinion. Being able to tear up the streets with a friend would have added to the enjoyment. The game does offer enough content for a good time, and the improved HD visuals make the on-screen carnage really pop. If you are a fan of car combat games and killing mindless zombies, I suggest checking this one out.

The Unfinished Swan is a wonderful experience that drew me into its world and never lets go. I am still thinking about it long after finishing it, and that says a lot. The impact it leaves is memorable, and it will go down as one of the most unique experiences I have had this year. I recommend anyone who enjoys stepping outside the box of traditional gaming give it a chance. You will be surprised just how much it sticks with you long after the credits roll.

The game seems like a missed opportunity to me. Sub-par graphics, uninspired game play and game breaking bugs just add up to make a game that should really be avoided. Yet the sparks of humour and the hint of a deeper game play mechanic just make me feel that with a little more effort, Naughty Bear could have found his true home in digital distribution.

For the big fans of Sonic, you may still get some enjoyment out of this HD remake. The Sonic and Shadow levels still hold up pretty well, and the small objectives you can play after beating the story mode will keep you entertained for a while. The Chao Garden is addicting and fun, but almost everything else is a bit of a let down. For ten dollars, it's a decent game, but many parts are frustrating. Overall, this DLC is around two hours, which is perfectly reasonable for it's price tag, but that all depends on just how much Darksiders you want. With the main game dropping at least 40-50 hours if you do it all, this extra dungeon doesn't bring nearly enough unique aspects to make it seem worthy of the cost considering how much you already got. As a bonus for pre-ordering the game though, it fits it purpose nicely, adding more content to an already outstanding package.

The new characters are great, the guest characters are fun and the new mechanics create a new way to play without sacrificing familiarity. This is a supremely polished title outside of the questionable online portion. Hopefully, they can clean that up shortly after launch and continue supporting it with future costume and stage DLC. I prefer the control scheme and very kid-friendly theme of Light the Night enough that I'm basically happy it exists. There's certainly some conflict about the derivative nature of the game, but it distinguishes itself just enough for me to like it distinctly better than Jetpack Joyride.

The main game is a little bit on the short side, but there are collectables to find and target times to hit for the puzzle rooms, so there is plenty to do once you finish the core game.

NCAA Football 13 gets so many things right that it is impossible to fault it too much. The problem is that most of the things it fixes and addresses are not things a lot of people will notice. This leaves you feeling like you are paying essentially $60 for last year's game.

Fans of torture games such as Super Meat Boy and Trials will undoubtedly find a lot to love about Spelunky. It is brutally difficult, but never unfair. You will spend so much time replaying the first set of levels that, in theory, it sounds like it would get boring. But after hundreds of deaths I am still coming back for more. That speaks volumes about the game's design. If you want a challenge and enjoy the harsh consequences for your actions, then Spelunky is your game.

Mini Ninjas Adventures is a great example of good game design for the Kinect. The gestures are unique enough that they don't get mixed up, and nothing is unnecessarily complex. The progression of weapons and enemies kept me engaged the entire time, and I was always having enough fun to forgive the occasional control glitch. It's a cute, enjoyable game and definitely worth checking out.

Unchained Blades has some rather impressive things going for it. The story is interesting, the combat is decent and the voice acting and presentation are top notch.

Test Drive: Ferrari Racing Legends is not a bad game; it is simply what it is. I hate to be so nondescript about a game, but if you like Ferraris and racing the tracks they tend to zoom on, you will probably have a good time. If not, then this game is definitely not for you.

Globulous isn't bad. It's a decent value. I had an okay time with it. But you can do better than "not bad," "decent" and "okay" on a platform as vibrant as iOS.

The episode will last you around two hours, and even with the problems I had, the story, voice acting and overall tone of the game hold true throughout. Players of the first episode should not miss this one, and players that have yet to pick up the series should play this game (in order, of course). If you're looking for a great continuation of the first episode, you just found it
