Crackpot Entertainment has created a decent action/detective game with some sharp graphics and a charming story. Sadly, Insecticide is not much fun to play with such wonky controls and buggy camera mechanics, and it may seem to drag at a snail's pace in some spots.

Fast, Fun, Cheesy, and over too soon. The House of the Dead 2 and 3 Return is a great throwback to classic arcade shooting. A great rental for light gun enthusiasts.

Take into account the deep customization, barrage of unlockables and game modes, online components, and the polish and balance of it all, and Brawl is quite a force to be reckoned with, expanding those hours of value into months, if not years of good times.

A stunning little game which deserves a US release and fast. The developers have set the precedent on developing ports for the DS.

What Bully doesn't do perfectly it makes up for by doing so much all at once and connecting it all cohesively into an entertaining world that rewards players for almost everything they decide to take the time to do.

Shiren the Wanderer is the most brutal of the above games in every sense, with severe punishments for slight miscalculations.

SEGA Bass Fishing is a game that needs no introduction, as most people (gamers, at least) will probably have heard about this game series at some point in their life. The Wii iteration of the title is a good throwback to the 90s, but is ultimately a little tired and needs a revamp.

Brain Assist is by no means a bad game; however the awful loading times and the lack of polish does not make it stand out from any other game in a highly competitive market.

With nice presentation values and a generally easy challenge, it isn’t hard to overlook the game's flaws. However the poor design choices and questionable accuracy on the IR aiming really keep this game from coming close to legacy of the main series.

With hilariously well-written dialog, brilliant court cases, DS-specific features, pulse-pounding drama, catchy and moody music, and four cases, you will not want to miss this game.

A very amazing piece of art merged with very unique, engrossing gameplay. Truly a unique experience that almost any gamer should give at least one go at. Other than very minor issues, this is easily one of the most well designed and enjoyable games ever made.

Sadly, the game only has five short “chapters”, making it easily play-able in less then an afternoon sitting. The only replay value is in trying to master each case on hard mode. So unless you’re planning on becoming a vet, or you want an interactive book to teach you more about animal medicine, I’d steer clear of this one.

Bomberman Land Wii has a lot of tasks to accomplish despite its perceived image as merely a minigame collection. While this is the meat of the game, all of its customization, unlockable content, challenges, and the added classic mode help to bolster its value, especially when considering that it has a default price of only thirty dollars.

Few DS titles on the shelves right now can compare to the addictive (and often nostalgic) delights found in BLT2. The playability stands as an example of how DS touch games should be made.

The lack of any real multiplayer mode online is the biggest let down of Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games on the DS as it removes the biggest element of the game - the very fact that it’s a party game.

The characters are engaging, fun, quirky, messed up, and easy to either fall in love with or hate. Santa Destroy itself is full of so many nooks and crannies that any player anal about that kind of thing will easily be able to spend several hours searching for hidden back alleys for dumpsters and lovikov balls. The game is fun, easy to grasp, has a lot of replay value (trust me), and tells an engaging story.

Mega Brain Boost is a game that does precisely what it intends to do, but little else. If you are a gamer who finds these kinds of games worthwhile, then the game can feature somewhat decent gameplay, but any other gamer should not bother themselves with it.

A great value with a surprising amount of modes and depth. While there is no overriding goal to the game, you still will have plenty of things to do and tours to give during your stay in the ocean.

The moment Samurai Warriors: Katana is loaded into the Nintendo Wii, it’s clear that this game is going to be attacking all of your senses with a very stylized and stereotypical look of feudal Japan. Playing as a nameless up-and-coming warrior in the mindless battles between different factions of the Japanese aristocracy is enjoyable, even with all of the annoyances that exist in the game.

Sub-par gameplay with almost unbearable controls. Boring, uninspired content, from missions, to visuals, to the audio work. Not even hardcore fans of the show should spend more money than a rental on this sucker.

Sonic Riders: Zero Gravity has some good ideas, but it all ultimately falls flat in its execution. The controls are stiff and unresponsive, the track concepts are great, but lack quality design, and the context-sensitive shortcuts feel like a waste of time that do nothing but over complicate things, littering the tracks with garbage.

Sonic Team should really just ditch Sonic games. They are onto something much better with NiGHTS and with a little more polish and tightening up, this series could become something truly magnificent.

Revenant Wings is fairly challenging, especially in the last three chapters, as well as all the last optional quests to unlock the hidden Scions (Rank III Espers) and one that powers up a weapon each time you complete it (though it consists of 10 missions). Brute forcing will work to an extent, but selecting appropriate Espers and learning to pick off enemy units slowly and one at a time are crucial to success later on.
