Star Wars Squadrons truly shines in its VR form as you enter grand scale space warfare. Although a bit light on content, the game offers up great gameplay, even when you're not in virtual reality. It's a shame, the story doesn't live up to more recent Star Wars stories though.

Pac-Man 256 is a fun mobile game ported 1:1 to console. Its one game mode tends to get boring after half an hour. The multiplayer offers about half an hour of fun as well, but not much more than that.

Hyrule Warriors Age of Imprisonment delivers stellar action, a story that bridges the gaps left in Tears of the Kingdom, and runs great on Switch 2, but the repetitive nature of the musou-genre works against it occasionally.

Trials Rising offers one of the best Trials-experiences yet. The levels are challenging, the multiplayer is simple but fun and the Track Editor is bigger than ever. Sadly the looting and pimping system is not rewarding and the game stutters sometimes.

Alienation looks great and is a very entertaining game if you are playing with friends. There are a few hiccups in the online multiplayer and there is no offline multiplayer. If you want to play a classic arcade shooter with friends this is your game.

The Next Generations DLC for Bridge Crew offers a brand new ship to play with, including a new role and overall feel. The new enemies are a nice addition to the game, although the expansion could have been a little more substantial.

Burnout Paradise Remastered is an amazing game, but the game is way too easy and too expensive. The fact that there’s no new content is also a pity.

Maybe the game is not as epic as the last entry in the franchise, but People Can Fly didn't cut back on the quality. The new weapons, multiplayer modes and the new enemies in this game make this Gears of War a worthy addition to the franchise.

With Pool Nation you'll get a pooling experience that you've never had before. The simulator delivers several game modes and a lot of options to choose from. Every kind of shot that you can imagine is possible to make in the game and because of that you can truly speak of a great simulator. Another big plus are the graphics, which are truly stunning for a low budget title. If you want a great pooling experience without having to travel to a café, Pooling Nation is an offer you can't refuse.

Halo Wars 2 is a decent sequel and one of the best RTS games on a console ever made. However, the story lacks any depth and the missions are easy and repetitive. Only buy Halo Wars 2 if you are an online player, otherwise you will be disappointed.

At its core, Wolfenstein 2 for Switch feels exactly like the adventure we played last year. With solid mechanics and a thrilling story, the game truly shines. Despite some heavy technical downscaling, the shooter still plays very well on the Switch.

Sonic gets overshadowed by his brooding counterpart Shadow in this remaster of 2011's excellent Sonic Generations. The game does have some problems unique to the Nintendo Switch 2, but aside from that it's still a solid entry in the library of Sonic games.

Wasteland 3 is an excellent RPG by keeping the spirit of the original, while also borrowing from Xcom. While the load times get in the way sometimes, there is no denying that you need to play this game if you love a great story with an edge.

While Warlords of New York brings new content for players to enjoy, this is not the most original piece of content that Massive delivered. The main quest of freeing Manhattan is the well-known Ubisoft formula repeated. The four warlords, in contrast, are fun mini-bosses to fight against, each introducing a small but fun gimmick. The main antagonist, Aaron Keener, on the other end falls completely flat. This first paid expansion for The Division 2 is a safe rollercoaster ride for players, but that's all.

Mafia Definitive Edition is how a classic game should be remade. It keeps the soul of the original and pulls the title back into the modern era of games. The amazing story is kept intact with only a couple of changes here and there, including a totally new cast of voice actors. It's only a pity that the new version of Paulie is not up to snuff. Besides that, however, Hangar 13 has done an amazing job to introduce the original Mafia to a new audience and the game deserves to be played.

Lo Wang is back! Shadow Warrior 2 improved the aspects that made its predecessor such a good game to create an even better game in a gorgeous setting. The co-op feature does not work optimally yet, but it is still great fun to hack and slash with others.
