Monster Hunter World is already one of the best rpg's of the year. The worlds are stunning and adventurous, the monsters are huge and exciting and the possibility to play together is great.

Shadow Gambit offers a lot to be happy about. Elaborate levels with lots of possibilities to sculpt your own solution, and wildly different characters to do it with. The game has many quality of life improvements missing from earlier real-time tactical sneak-em up games. This, combined with a very decent price point makes this one of the best starters of a very busy autumn season.

We were happily surprised with Skulls of the Shogun. Behind the cartoony art style there is a strategy game with great depth, and a lot of innovative ideas. The campaign slowly teaches you how to use the different units, and the funny story keeps you coming back for more. The multiplayer seals the deal with hours of extra fun you can have with your friends or any other samurai skeleton from around the world.

In this big open world there is plenty to see, do and experience. Atlas Fallen is full of puzzles and treasures. You can play the game alone or with a friend. The navigation works very organically and if you pick up the game again after a long break, you can find a short and concise tutorial list in your journal. This way you can quickly pick up the adventure without too much hassle. As far as we’re concerned, this game is easy to recommend.

Kirby and the Forgotten Land + Star-Crossed World is a great 3D platformer made better thanks the technical upgrades, and story expansion. Star-Crossed World offers fresh levels in every area of the original game that are a joy to play through, even though some criticism from the original release still remain.

The Vita version of Street Fighter X Tekken is identical to the console version. Ergo, if you have one of the console versions, this version does not add anything significant and is not worth the purchase. Though if you do not have one of the console versions, the Vita version is a great alternative.

Nintendo has brought two unique games to the Switch with Super Mario Galaxy and Super Mario Galaxy 2, titles that should have been polished much earlier. Despite Nintendo’s magic, signs of aging are occasionally noticeable, but overall, it’s once again a delight on the Switch. The games look great and let you hop between planets with smooth, effortless gameplay.

Rogue Prince of Persia may lack depth in its story, but the roguelite gameplay shines. Blending classic wall runs and acrobatics with a Dead Cells twist, it delivers fast, stylish combat and exploration. Hours vanish as you carve through enemies, making this a thrilling, addictive return for the prince.

Latest iteration of a long running series doesn't entirely know whether to go for realistic tennis play or full party mode. The Fever rackets and courts are a welcome deviation from the norm.

Although the loading times do not really throw a spanner in the works, Capcom must do something about it. In addition, it would testify to fan service if the game is enriched with the fighters who are still missing. Just like the previous edition of the game, the Champion Edition is worth buying, unless you already have blisters and (digitally) bleeding knuckles. Then you have probably already played the most with your in-game money.

Black Ops 4 brings the fun and dares to change. There might not be a campaign, but its replacement called Blackout is so much fun to play. Even if Battle Royale isn't your thing, you can still find enjoyment in the revamped Zombies and the multiplayer modes.

Darksiders II takes all the good elements of the first game and adds some new ones. Examples of them are receiving loot and RPG-elements. Together with all the other borrowed ideas of other games, Darksiders II has become a very interesting game.

Let's Build a Zoo is a modern take on zoo management games like Zoo Tycoon. The game is very unique in the genre and has a choice system that actually matters. A huge part of the game is collecting all animals and this is very addicting because there are many animals with fun designs to collect. The port to console is alright but not perfect. Controls could be slow and frustrating at times. But nevertheless is this still a game you should try if you enjoy management and simulation games.

The graphics and the sound in BioShock 2 are well done, but the gameplay hasn't changed much since the first title. The story and the atmosphere in Rapture are still the best part of the game and therefore the main reason to buy this work of art.

There can be no doubt that the Switch 2 Edition is the best way to play. This is mostly on account of its significant technical upgrades, though some of the new features in the Zelda Notes app are also welcome additions. It's just a shame that several other of those additions are of no real consequence.

Inside is an awesome game that is even more horrifying than Limbo. The best thing about this game is the mode and the way everything in this world wants to kill you. The adventure is a bit short but you will definitely love it if you enjoyed Limbo.
