Arcade sports games aren't as plentiful as they once were so the fact that NBA 2K Playgrounds 2 is as enjoyable as it is speaks volumes for what the genre is capable of. Plus, those who played the original are sure to appreciate its additions and refined visuals.- Video Chums

If you're a shoot 'em up aficionado who must play every single one in existence then Fast Striker will provide a worthwhile albeit unmemorable arcade-style experience. However, those not obsessed with the genre will find very little to enjoy here.- Video Chums

Luigi's Mansion is one of Nintendo's most unique games and now that gamers who never played it before have the opportunity to enjoy it on-the-go and with so many cool new features, it's hard not to full-heartedly recommend this now-portable classic.- Video Chums

First-person shooting and VR seem to go hand-in-hand. Thankfully, the arcade style of Evasion as well as its solid execution and unique gameplay mechanics make it one of the most enjoyable games that fit this description.- Video Chums

If you're a fan of Xenoblade Chronicles 2 then you must play Torna - The Golden Country. It may not be as grand of an adventure but it provides an incredible back-story that fills out the world of Alrest in a beautiful way.- Video Chums

In a time when dozens of awesome Bomberman games have already been released and the series recently made a comeback, this indie clone simply doesn't offer much substance that you can't already get from Hudson Soft's classic franchise.- Video Chums

When it comes to tricky platformers, Wenjia's world-shifting mechanic makes it unique but the frustration factor can be super-high. Plus, non-perfectionists can easily finish its campaign within a couple of hours.- Video Chums

With some fine-tuning, Pilot Sports could be an easily recommendable challenge-based flight game. As it is, it ends up feeling a little rough around the edges but there's still some fun to be had, especially within the multiplayer mode.- Video Chums

If you're an existing fan or want to get into the series then Disgaea 1 Complete is a must-buy remake. Its gameplay, humour, and vast amount of content hold up impressively well 15 years after its debut and it looks better than ever, too.- Video Chums

As a long-time fan of Mega Man ever since the 8-bit days, I'm happy that Mega Man 11 retains a lot of what makes the series special. On the other hand, most of the classic magic is missing which is something that I hope Capcom brings back in Mega Man 12.- Video Chums

On the surface, Anodyne looks a lot like the older Zelda games. As you start to dig deeper, you'll find that it strays quite a bit from this formula but unfortunately, it also ends up leaving behind a lot of what made games like Zelda fun in the first place.- Video Chums

If you're a fan of JRPGs then you must play Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age whether you've played the earlier games or not. The gorgeous updated visuals mix with all of the classic series staples to deliver a delightful experience.
