While not adding too much to the formula, Worms W.M.D’s back to the roots philosophy is welcomed. The new vehicles and weapons are great and the fact it’s on the Nintendo Switch enables you to set up a Worms party anywhere you go. It’s a great game that Switch owners should pick up.- Vgames

South Park: The Fractured But Whole preserves its last game atmosphere and fun. Although it failed delivering a trippy story and characters as the old one with none of the memorable moments and characters as its predecessor. On that, Ubisoft shoved in a microtransactions system which seems to squeeze money by removing part of the game. Recommended for South Park's fans only.- Vgames

In the epic battle between the forces of bad Switch ports and great Switch ports, Goku and his friends take the size of the good guys, with this game being a great port of a good game with loads of extra content and good performance on Nintendo's small hybrid console.- Vgames

Nintendo went ahead and cemented itself as not only the oddball of the gaming industry but as the king of left field. The Labo has some great ideas stored inside of it and the experience itself of building the Toy-Cons was quite enjoyable – albeit a bit shallow in terms of some of the games.- Vgames

It pains me to give that score to games I think are groundbreaking in terms of their respective franchises, but mediocre graphics and problematic performance issues hurt what is - on the gameplay side of things - Game Freak's best work to date. A work that even rivals Legends Arceus.- Vgames

Panic Button did the impossible once more, with an amazing conversion of a great game for the Nintendo Switch. Sure, the cut backs are visible, but the end product is very good, and it's a great port.- Vgames

Even after all the issues I've listed here, there's no arguing that Luigi's Mansion 2 HD is the best version this game has ever known. If you've never played Luigi's Mansion 2 before and enjoyed the third game in the series even a little bit, or you just want a little more of Luigi's Mansion until the day we might get new title, I think it's worth investing your time and money on the This HD, as long as you are aware that it is a smaller and simpler game.- Vgames

When The Wonderful 101 clicks, it's an amazing experience, though it takes time to get there with the sloppy control schemes and bad frame pacing.- Vgames

Karma the Dark World is a fantastic horror game that is only held back by a slow ending, with that, it has a fantastic plot which I can only hope to see it continued in another game.- Vgames

A game that starts slow but picks up the pace as it goes along. The Escapists 2 is a fun and challenging puzzle game, that as long as you can get by it's rough start. The levels are bigger and create a bigger challenge for the players and the new multiplayer aspect of the game is good, but the monotony of the everyday tasks and the big learning curve of the game can throw off some players.- Vgames

Marvel's Avengers has it's downsides, but all in all, it's a fun looter-brawler with a wonderful single-player campaign and great combat. It's repetitiveness hampers it quite a bit and the performance issues are annoying, but it has a solid foundation to work with.- Vgames

Vampyr has a fine, interesting story about 1918 London. It contains everything we would like to hear from a Sherlock-Holmes story: An intelligent protagonist, a mysterious antagonist and a gothic London. Despite that, the gameplay isn't as polished as I would like and the technical problems are too common.- Vgames

This is simply a great port of a fairly overlooked game. Though more graphical settings would've been nice, and there are several (but minor) bugs and glitches, this PC port does more right than wrong. Even with the PS5 version showing massive improvements in FPS and load times, this is the best version you can find.- Vgames

Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot is a good game with fantastic battle system, great fan service and amazing scenes replicating the show. It's the shallow role playing elements and the lackluster side missions that prevent it from achieving greatness.- Vgames

Metal: Hellsinger VR is a fairly well ported game of the fun rhythm shooter game from 2 years ago, with some mechanical issues aside, if you haven't experienced the original release and are into VR gaming, I highly recommend you give this one a chance.- Vgames

Metroid Prime 4: Beyond isn't the best Metroid game around, it has a lot of issues, mostly coming from weird design choices that impact badly on the whole expereicne, but where these choices don't exist? It's a treat.- Vgames

In the end, Watch Dogs 2 feels like an improvement over the previous game in the series. The characters are fun to play as and interact with, all of the hacking elements have a lot more depth and make more sense, and the world feels more alive and rich than ever before, design wise and graphics wise. However the game does suffer from mediocrity in regards to its shooting mechanics and stealth sections. Is it a fun game? Yeah, sure it is. Is it one of my games of the year? Not really.- Vgames

Prey is a fine experience that while engaging and fun, has its fair share of downsides and faults. The story could be more complex and deeper than the shallow story that was presented to us and the PS4 load times can be really frustrating at times. But the gameplay is fun, and the story, while shallow, is still engaging.- Vgames

Shadow Labyrinth is a celebration of the beloved Namco yellow ball brand, however it feels like a wasted concept with lacking visuals and a lacking story. This game has the potential to be a cool action game with interesting designs, but it needs more.- Vgames

WWE 2K Battlegrounds is a fun arcade wrestling game, far different than the sim we know and love (or hate). Its got tons of different modes, arenas and wrestlers to choose from, each with his own special abilities and signature moves. Some moves are missing, its got a lot of bugs and the micro-transaction ruin your progression, but it doesn't change the fact that this game is fun, and it doesn't need to be anything else.- Vgames

The focus on open-world gameplay was a blessing and a curse for Rider's Republic. It's still a good game, sure - but a little more focus of Ubisoft's side, and it could have become something truly special.- Vgames

Jusant has all the ingredients of the best indie games. It shows with how much love it was made in its touching story, impressive sound design and one of a kind gameplay. But Jusant so relying on its climbing that unfortunately you will not be able to enjoy it if you don't like the way the game treats it, and the boring first half hour doesn't do justice to the rest of the game. Beyond that its a smooth climbing to great heights which make the game a very cool experience.- Vgames

Days Gone Remastered delivers exactly what a remaster should: For newcomers, it’s the best way to experience Deacon’s rugged journey through a rich, freaker‑infested world, complete with a gripping story and a refreshingly rough-around-the-edges protagonist. For returning players, however, the modest visual tweaks and bonus modes don’t add enough novelty to warrant a full replay unless you’ve been away from the game for years.- Vgames

Twelve Minutes is a niche game that won't suit everyone unless you are in it for finding every single detail. I couldn't explain to you why this game is really good without spoiling it to you. It could get repetitive and it's soundtrack is forgettable, but the cast of actors will make it all worthwhile.- Vgames

One Piece Odyssey is a refreshing change on a formula we learned to know up to this day from Shonen based anime games. It could have been better, but even with its flaws it a more than solid JRPG.- Vgames

If not for an extremely slow burner of a start, this game was a must-have for every tactical-JRPG fan that has a Switch. But seriously, even though the game takes a lot of time to reveal it's true power, don't let it deter you from playing what is eventually an awesome and very smart game.- Vgames
