FEAR 2: Project Origin leaves us quite an uneven sensation. On one hand it has offered us truly spectacular and full of tension moments, very different from the ones which other games in the genre offer. Moreover, its carefully made atmosphere, fueled by the solid graphics engine developed by Monolith, make the immersion sensation total. The problem is that although FEAR 2 knows what makes itself stand out from the other shooters, it insists on offering quite generic moments during most of the game, and, worse indeed, it's not quite polished.

It doesn't evolve the formula that much, but delivers a game Naruto fans shouldn't miss, and even a fighting game deep and accessible for everyone.

Even though there are no huge steps forward from the previous episode, it manages to bring us everything we expected and some nice additions like the online multiplayer. It has everything you need to keep a party going.

FIFA 20, as usual, takes another step forward to polish the series even further. The main addition this year is Volta, that brings street football back. It’s not a revolution, but it is a great football game.

Pendulo Studios has made its homework and Twist of Fate becomes an homage to those classic adventure games every videogame fan remembers.

This charming puzzle game stands out for its humorous art style, accessibility, and clever logic-based mechanics, but it eventually suffers from repetitiveness and a lack of variety in later stages, making it more enjoyable in short sessions than in long playthroughs.

Neocore has built an original and consistent game premise, which is attractive and successfully combines military strategy with a RPG-like development which allows different game experiences in each game.

A great, addictive arcade that those looking for a challenge, and particularly those fond of skateboarding, will love. We think it needs a level editor, but so far there's a lot of content to keep us going.

This is an expansion like those we used to get. Tons of content, fresh and creative additions and, above all, more Civilization.

The third Golden Sun follows a classic approach to RPG which might disappoint some, but will please those who love japanese style games.

It would be great news if the sense of humor of Deathspank spreads to other games, or at least if Ron Gilbert gets encouraged and makes more games.

There are not too many additions compared to the original version, but it still is a great game and plays great on Wii U.

Fight’N Rage is one of the best beat ‘em up we’ve played in a long time. If you missed it when it first came out, make sure you don’t miss it again.

A good free App that offers roleplaying and combat, is beautiful from a technical standpoint, but results in a very limited and linear gameplay. If you like to create a character and make it grow through hours of play you will like the game, but you'll have to be patient.

An excellent role-playing game, and a logical and direct evolution of the previous game, more action-focused and more polished, although its action focus won't please everyone.

Tales of Vesperia is a solid role-playing game, built upon the canonical bases of the japanese genre. The characters go through an epic story, with moments of drama and also some bits of humor. Its intense combat mantains the tradition of the series, and it also has a good technical part.

Routine delivers a notable experience through its superb retro-futuristic atmosphere and engaging puzzles, maintaining tension with exceptional art and sound design. However, basic enemy AI and sometimes unintuitive design choices detract from the overall fun, frequently interrupting its best moments and revealing a lack of polish.

While its colorful art direction, eccentric humor, and fantastic new soundtrack capture the charm of the original, Once Upon a Katamari feels stagnant, with outdated controls, low interactivity, and few meaningful innovations beyond its nostalgic core.

It delivers the most satisfying MMA experience inside the octagon to date through the impressive Real-Time Contact system and fluid animations. However, it feels rushed and lacks depth outside the cage, suffering from a shallow story mode and sparse initial content. Despite technical brilliance, these shortcomings prevent it from reaching its full potential.

Although not as remarkable as the iOS versions of last year, Anomaly Warzone Earth is still fresh and well-done enough to shine between the rest of strategy games for console. It is not that much depth or varied, and might become repetitive, but despite this it is a surprising game that achieves to engage the player.
