Although it doesn't have many changes in comparison with the Xbox 360 original, and the game has aged during a year, it still one of the best action games out there.

Even if this episode has turned the series into a action game – even though there's many survival horror fans out there – we must admit it's a very good game. It provides great closure for the trilogy: long, spectacular and relatively different, but keep in mind that terror is not the main theme any longer.

Death Stranding in the year 2024 remains as original and unique as when it was launched in 2019, and it is a great addition to the Xbox Series catalog. Yes, in addition, it has been launched with a launch offer at the tight price of 20 euros, and on top of that, Kojima Productions has acquired all the rights to the series, which makes it clear that sooner or later the sequel will also arrive on Xbox, so icing on the cake. More players will now be able to discover this very special adventure, and an interesting franchise that will continue in the future, and with which Kojima and his team will surely surprise us again.

Remasters can be great or not-so-great products. This one came up pretty well, with a solid tech upgrade, and becoming a very valuable collection. Needless to say, the trilogy remastered is a genre-defining one, and this, the best way to play it.

If you miss Advance Wars, you have to try this. It might not be as good as Nintendo’s franchise, but it's definitely a very enjoyable experience for fans of this formula.

Trails Beyond the Horizon delivers a more solid story and increasingly dynamic, challenging combat, proving a delightful entry for franchise veterans. Although it marks an epic beginning to the saga's conclusion, the LGC system remains underdeveloped, and it suffers from some technical flaws on older consoles, impacting the overall rhythm for a new player.

The excellent game Sonic has deserved for years, that although doesn't evolve the gameplay formula, adaptates it better than ever to the 3D, although with some flaws. A game that will make fans smile.

It's like a hipster game. It manages to make you think about narrative in video games, and maybe something else. Sometimes fun, sometimes clever, but always unique. One of those games you either love or hate.

With a completely traditional control system (Wiimote is held in horizontal), Square Enix offer us an interesting proposal within the ever-popular tower defense subgenre thanks to My Life as a Dark Lord.

Sumerian Six revitalizes the real-time tactical stealth genre with a creative supernatural WWII setting. It delivers deep, satisfying gameplay where freedom and character powers shine. While the console controls are surprisingly fluid, the experience is slightly marred by occasional AI lapses and predictable level sequences. It remains a polished, accessible must-play for strategy fans.

Absolum delivers an addictive and visually stunning mix of beat ’em up action and roguelite mechanics, with diverse combat styles, an engaging fantasy world, and excellent art direction, though its repetitive structure, uneven roguelite balance, and inconsistent upgrades limit its long-term appeal despite the fun local and online co-op.

A short but well-paced and atmospheric horror game with simple puzzles and a story that blends adolescent drama with darker themes, delivering a nostalgic PS1-era aesthetic and a few effective scares despite its technical and narrative simplicity.

This new edition takes important steps forward. The tires are more important and the different types are more noticiable when driving, and the addition of DRS and more strategy options changes the way to race. It has also added much needed features like the safety car or the possibility to manage the whole Grand Prix event, from the free training durint Friday to the race on Sunday. It still has plenty of room for improvement and it is not the perfect simulator yet, but Formula 1 fans will be pleased again by this product.

This is a fantastic sequel, although its main focus seems to be improving the weakest parts of the original rather than expanding the posibilities, which is perfectly fine. It isn't a particularly risky sequel, but it still is a great metroidvania, full of charisma and humor.
