A daring proposal that, if succesful, is a step forward for a genre prone to stagnation, as it mixes altogether campaign, multiplayer, cooperative and competitive. With good ideas well executed, it may be liked more or less depending on the player, but deserves an opportunity.

Beautiful, but short. It could have been bigger, a PlayStation Network must-have, but Papo & Yo doesn't show ambition and offers an adventure with a great potential and a lot to polish. It's an emotional journey recreated through some unforgettable landscapes, however, when it comes to actual gameplay there are many things yet to be improved.

This graphical adventure works pretty much in every aspect aspect… as long as you speak German or English. If you are looking for classic gameplay mechanics and a good story, this may be your choice.

Even though it's not unforgettable, Amnesia: Memories delivers an interesting story, and will satisfy those looking for a new visual novel.

Telltale is taking steps in the right direction. Order Up! is the best episode so far, and it feels like the series is finally moving forward and getting closer to the quality expected from the studio.

This is the core of PES 2016 under a new look, and as PES 2016, it has its strengths and weaknesses. In any case, in the next few weeks you might feel like playing a football game, and PES UEFA EURO 2016 is a good one.

Mandatory Happiness offers a great story with great moments and many endings, but the amount of text and its old-fashioned system can be a problem for many users.

Ittle Dew 2 is fun and quite enjoyable. Its shortcomings are obvious as its budget isn’t particularly big, but if you’re ok with that, it’s worth your time.

Although it doesn’t look very appealing, the gameplay itself is very solid, and Judgment is indeed a great option for those interested in this type of game.

This is a good shoot ‘em up and a great choice for fans of the genre. It takes some inspiration from Thunder Force, although it falls a little bit short to become its spiritual successor.

Battle Axe is a solid old-school hack & slash that, we think, fans of games like Gauntlet will enjoy even with its shortcomings.

Pupperazzi is a wholesome game that is just fun to play. It has many limitations, but it's also very aware of them and knows how to avoid them.

Saturnalia is a interesting, roguelike experience that shines more as an experimental adventure than as a survival horror.

A charming puzzle-based adventure with good ideas, but it not always gets it right, which may feel detrimental for a short game like this.

Evolved brings a solid campaign and keeps all that was good about Final 2, but it’s still far from the best titles in the series.

This will be the first chance for many to try this classic survival horror, than even if quite simplistic, delivers a fun and enjoyable adventure for fans of the genre.

Playtonic’s reimagining of Yooka-Laylee refreshes the original with smarter level design, smoother controls, and a charming new narrative twist, though limited graphical options and some performance issues hold it back slightly.

Dark Quest 4 delivers a nostalgic and enjoyable turn-based dungeon crawler experience with handcrafted levels, strategic combat, and a simple yet engaging progression system, although its story is minimal, animations are sparse, and level variety is limited; the editor and community-created dungeons extend its longevity, making it a solid pick for newcomers and fans of light strategy games.

Earth vs Mars delivers direct, simple strategy, becoming more varied and strategic in its latter half thanks to the unique Fusiotron mechanic for creating mutant soldiers. However, it's hindered by a poorly designed difficulty curve and a slow start. The story is weak and fails to be comedic, with the game ultimately innovating little despite being an experimental Relic title.

Now it's a narrative-driven game we still recommend, even though there's little to be found of what made the original Amnesia such an outstanding survival horror. In fact, we don't really know if it should have been called Amnesia.

This comprehensive 30th-anniversary celebration of Rayman delivers an invaluable digital museum, excellent emulation of multiple game versions, and a challenging yet rewarding platforming experience. However, the inexplicable decision to replace the original, iconic soundtrack with a 'reimagined' version severely detracts from an otherwise near-perfect historical preservation.

A nice platformer that doesn’t do (or want to do) anything new. If you like the genre and if you’re looking for something accessible, this can be a good option.
