On the third level I was hooked by the simple gameplay, clean graphics and chillout soundtrack.- TouchGen

Robotanika isn't a bad title, but disappointing visuals and gameplay that loses it's luster a little too quickly means that before long, this set of peaches might get the can.- TouchGen

The game controls great and looks fantastic. The story might not be worth writing home about, but it at least paints a well known historical figure with a new twist. Was Noah a cold-hearted monster? Probably not, but at least Chillingo is willing to think outside the box.- TouchGen

I can't endorse Alphadia 2 to players, even JRPG enthusiasts. It feels like a 'straight to VHS' Super Nintendo game that trades openly on the objectification of one of the main characters. Maybe this sounds good to you, but I will direct everyone else towards the Final Fantasy games or Chrono Trigger.- TouchGen

Overall, this is a great puzzle game. It is certainly not original, as it borrows heavily from some of the more popular games on iOS. However, it does enough to make the mechanics its own. If you like physics-based puzzle games, this is one that is well worth your time, as it features fun gameplay, beautiful visuals, and a fantastic soundtrack.- TouchGen

Anomaly Korea builds upon its predecessor. It isn't just more of the same, but don't come to Anomaly Korea expecting something entirely new. You can, however, expect a game equal in quality to the first release.- TouchGen

The level of interaction required is minimal when compared to the vast array of options the game provides, and there is little excitement outside of watching your matches play out seconds at a time.- TouchGen

Cognitile would be a better game had its core mechanic been purely memorization, but the difficulty of using the clock stands in the way.- TouchGen

Ravensword Shadowlands is a game that tries to do too much for its own good. While clear effort was placed into visual effects, and creating a wide variety of environments, the elements to fill out these areas are just not present.- TouchGen

A very enjoyable arcade beat-em-up. It has great visuals with humorous animation, a nice range of power ups (including a mega smart bomb which destroys everything on-screen after collecting all the letters of the word 'Gumball'), inventive enemies – a multi-decker sandwich that takes off his head to beat you with – and a range of power ups to keep you interested.- TouchGen

A great puzzle game. It doesn't necessarily rewrite the book on puzzle games, but all in all, it's a solid package that is well worth a look if you are into the genre; especially Tetris-like puzzlers.- TouchGen

Mini Dash has so many things going for it that it's not too hard to forgive the games considerably high difficulty. If you've played twitch platformers using slider or accelerometer controls before, you'll probably be right at home.- TouchGen

Crumble Zone doesn't have aspirations to be anything more than a race to the top of the leaderboards, but at that it does pretty well. A few nagging control issues and a lack of variety don't stop this game from being a good way to spend a few minutes between chores.- TouchGen

Controls aside, it's actually an enjoyable romp as you figure out the best way round each maze, trying to avoid the increasingly difficult and sadistic obstacles with only a bouncy ball (which can at least be upgraded) to aid you. It's about timing, and not a small bit of luck too.- TouchGen

I would have been sold on Battle of the Bulge as a regular PC wargame, but the fact that it is an iPad only release and a brilliant one at that makes it all the sweeter as an iOS gamer.- TouchGen

Everything you'd expect is here, including all the above game modes and voice chat. It may not have the deep 'One-billion-attachments-and-counting' customization of something like Modern Combat, but there's surely enough here to keep you ruling the skies for a heck of a long time.- TouchGen

If you started off your career in adventure gaming with the Walking Dead it may do you some good to experience this finely crafted take on the traditional adventure gaming formula. I sincerely hope that Pendulo Studios is around for a long time to come, and that they keep bringing these short but thrilling adventure titles to iOS.- TouchGen

Mercenary Ops is still a decent arcade shooter for the iPad. The action is fast, the visuals are pretty, and it is a nice way to sit back on the couch and blast away zombies for a few minutes. I don't endorse the way it clearly rips off Resident Evil, but until Capcom brings its own titles to iOS this is what iPad gamers have available.- TouchGen

To it's credit, Jet Set Radio is so cool, funky and still very fresh that you could easily mistake it for a brand new iOS IP. It's just unfortunate that the controls can't elevate a good game to a great one; although to be fair, that's not the sole fault of the game itself.- TouchGen

Even with these smart decisions on the part of the publisher (or possibly decisions made at the behest of the developer), and the quality of the ports, I can't say that the Raiden games hold up against shooters tailored more towards iOS. Even with the faster touch controls enabled, I found that my hand was getting in the way far too often, and that I didn't have the same level of immersion that I would have with a physical joystick.- TouchGen

Its scale and story must have been significantly more meaningful at the time of its release. I can't help but compare it to everything I have played since that time. Those of you who have fond memories of the game may want to bring out the better controlling PS2 version, or wait for the crippling bug to be fixed in the iOS version.- TouchGen

What Gameloft have created here is almost the complete package. It is truly AAA in scope and presentation. It's just a shame that it is still lacking decent AI routines for enemies and the voice acting it deserves. Of course, take things out of the campaign mode and into multiplayer, and MC4 really shines.- TouchGen

Galactic Phantasy Prelude stumbles in terms of gameplay. It is a standard space trading and combat simulation with some pretty visuals and subpar combat. This release takes a step backwards from its predecessor.- TouchGen
