There have been many games in the past that have taken the "Baldur's Gate" gameplay as source material and, frankly, fudged the deal. But Legends succeeds because it treats both the "Baldur's Gate" gameplay and the X-Men licence with respect- TotalGames.net

It’s all a vaguely swashbuckling load of fun, with action and strategy thrown in together, but nothing outstanding.- TotalGames.net

This ridiculous level of world destruction becomes infinitely more enjoyable when you play a multiplayer battle.- TotalGames.net

Whilst definitely not monumental, it’s a fair distraction that’s in need of a bit of a boost.- TotalGames.net

But of more importance to fans will be the array of movies, cast interviews and behind-the-scenes footage, which pads out the back end of the game. This isn't just squeezed in for added value either.- TotalGames.net

SEGA Sports certainly know how to make their titles as exciting as possible – the music plays, the lights flash, the audience is pumped up, all you’d need is a hotdog and you’d have the perfect hockey experience!- TotalGames.net

This is a fantastic game and is worth buying, but don’t be surprised when it burns out of replay value a month down the line.- TotalGames.net

It’s simply a big and frustrating game that will need a lot of time and effort spent on it if you want to get to the end.- TotalGames.net

The reasonably slick framerate is compromised somewhat in the slightly lacklustre two-player sections. Ultimately, Dark Summit takes a fairly tired genre and breathes some new life into it.- TotalGames.net

Nothing can disguise the simple fact that Rugby is a quality game at heart, like the real thing, but it can be difficult work to fathom and master.- TotalGames.net

With a comprehensive (and more importantly, rather good) multiplayer game complementing the rather hard campaign mode, Ghost Recon 2 is at least heading in the right direction now - and for the moment that's good enough for us.- TotalGames.net

Multiplayer mode is where Worms Blast really comes into its own. Against another player, any game can be completely turned around within a matter of seconds.- TotalGames.net

The snow effects in Sled Storm are also very impressive and it’s hard not to be sucked into the ‘I can do it this time’ gameplay when you’re trying to unlock the numerous machines and extra levels.- TotalGames.net

There's no denying that this brave attempt at combining styles has resulted in a good solid title that's entertaining and fun to play.- TotalGames.net

Yes, Colosseum is a lot like Shadow Of Rome but with number juggling and a total lack of slightly incongruous stealth sections.- TotalGames.net

The Gulf War, and modern warfare, is a tough topic to tackle and sadly this game just doesn’t go far enough to explore the war or the opportunities of a unique team system. A missed opportunity.- TotalGames.net

Most notably, the view is always looking toward a selected target while your ship can fly in any direction – even toward the screen. This makes for some unusual yet still remarkably fun dogfight situations.- TotalGames.net

Cooper is without doubt the best character we’ve had the pleasure of meeting on the PS2 so far. If only the rascal would stay around for longer so we could get to grips with him better.- TotalGames.net

Madden fans will find the play selection here a little tricky to get to grips with at first. Gone are Madden’s pop-up menus, but once you get the feel of it NFL 2K is just that little bit more satisfying to play.- TotalGames.net

We’re amazed that Splinter Cell is as good as it is on the GBA. It’s almost as if Ubi Soft took the original Xbox game and siphoned away all the superfluous elements (such as the oh-so-pretty lighting effects, shadow-casting and highly-detailed graphics) until all that was left was the GBA version.- TotalGames.net
