Football Manager 2022 shows a significant improvement over its previous editions, making navigation and interaction with the menus more intuitive. The new data center with statistics and projections allows you to make more informed decisions and face each game more prepared. Without a doubt, this is one of the best current sports simulators.

Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1+2 is a fantastic and fun return to the once acclaimed skating video game series. Despite some flaws in its visual department, the fun and engaging gameplay, paired with the Switch’s ability to be played in portable mode, makes it a must have title for anyone who is looking for a joyful experience, especially on long trips.

Its high difficulty (sometimes artificially) and its art direction make it a must-try video game. However, it can be frustrating due to the lack of maps, unnecessary difficulty peaks and some bugs that make the experience worse.

Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4 is a solid remake, but with design choices that will divide opinions. On one hand, it retains the magical gameplay of the series, with precise controls, infinite combos, beautifully redesigned levels, and an excellent soundtrack. On the other hand, changes to the levels from THPS4, the loss of iconic missions, and the progression structure likely leave fans less happy with the final product.

Return to Monkey Island is an energetic installment not to be missed. Not only does it keep you engaged with a hilarious narrative that maintains the franchise's essence from beginning to end, but its graphic design is lovely, its soundtrack does an incredible job of immersion, and the mechanics are clever enough.

Kirby and the Forgotten Land is a game that every Nintendo Switch owner should try. It has some solid game mechanics and a world that doesn't seem related to the Kirby franchise. Hardcore fans will find the game a pleasant experience. On the other hand, newcomers will fall in love with the protagonist's uncontrollable tenderness and humor that brightens the day of many people around the globe.

Death Stranding: Director s Cut gets us closer to Hideo Kojima s idea for the game. As we know, this is more than just a different story, it's a different kind of experience. It feels as next gen as the first time we played this game that challenges its existence.

Valkyrie Profile Lenneth is a true classic from the PlayStation era. However, the PSP version was the brightest, especially with all the improvements it received. Thanks to PS5 and PS4 emulation support, it can be played one more time by a whole new generation, with strengths and weaknesses, hits and misses. Its price could be more friendly. However, its quality and replayability make it an option that any Japanese RPG fan should experience.

Tactics Ogre Reborn has an addictive combat system that is still enjoyable thanks to the quality of life improvements that Square Enix implemented. The story, the decision-making, and even the voice acting are remarkable. However, the game in the visual section does feel old. Replayability is guaranteed.

OlliOlli World is a well-made game that tests your coordination. The story might feel simple, but it does have beautiful art and fun challenges that keep you coming back, even with its intense difficulty.

Forza Horizon is visually a masterpiece. Its audio is excellent. The production used all its resources to demonstrate all its graphic potential. The point is that as a simulation game, it is terrific but could be more excellent and as accurate as its direct competition. We do not mean that Forza Horizon stops being an enjoyable and entertaining experience. We have one of the most attractive titles that can be played on an Xbox Series X or S, which is the most important thing.

SNK vs. Capcom: Card Fighters Clash on Nintendo Switch is a wonderful way to experience once again one of the most entertaining Neo Geo Pocket games ever made. It started the fighting games crossover of the late 90s, and playing it again is a terrific way to preserve that experience.

Little Goody Two Shoes is the correct execution of several styles: dating sim, graphic adventure, role-playing game, and much more. Best of all, it is a manageable experience. It has challenges, narrative, and much replayability. It is a clear example that an unrealistic investment is unnecessary for a video game to be outstanding. Its impeccable visual presentation and character design will have you stepping into Elise's shoes to discover what kind of endings are in store for her.

Virtua Fighter 5 R.E.V.O. World Stage on Switch 2 delivers a solid remaster that remains highly faithful to the series' classic essence, featuring a deep, demanding, and well-polished combat system. Although it lacks a story mode and shows little real evolution compared to previous versions, it compensates with abundant content, strong performance, and an experience tailored for hardcore players.

Ninja Gaiden: Ragebound fully accomplishes the task of delivering a classic gaming experience, but with all the necessary details that make it modern and not just a nostalgia trip. The challenge is great, the visual presentation is strong, and the music is a delight. It's one of the most well-rounded titles of 2025 so far and is worth giving a chance.

Hogwarts Legacy fully lives up to its promise to take you on the role of a new student at Hogwarts and introduce you to the famous Wizarding World immortalized in the Harry Potter movies. However, the experience continues beyond there. The narrative values of the story are high. The progression does have significant development. The characters always have something to tell you about the adventure. Avalanche Software developed an experience that fans will love and those outside of the Magical World will want to know.

Resident Evil Village leaves its comfort zone and takes risks by integrating new elements of action, suspense and combat that are out of the ordinary in the saga, resulting in one of the best experiences. However, it sacrifices details such as puzzle complexity and overall gameplay, so now it feels less like a challenge for more experienced players.

Playing Super Mario RPG is a clear example of wanting to return to the places or moments where you were happy. The dream fans idealized so much in their minds is finally a reality, which turns out to be very pleasant. The music is remarkable, the game mechanics do not require significant adjustments, and the overall experience fulfills its purpose. Sure, perhaps it is a game that is too simple for this gaming generation, but at the time, it was the gateway for many people to a genre that millions enjoy today.

Guilty Gear Strive -Nintendo Switch Edition- is the pinnacle of the franchise, accessible for both veterans and new players. Its excellent optimization would make it an essential option on the console if not for the lack of parity with content from other versions and the absence of players in its online mode. If you're unfamiliar with this world and only have a Nintendo Switch or care deeply about portability, there's no way to say no. Let's Rock!

Blasphemous II is far from abandoning its original essence, but that's not a negative since it's not just another sequel that implements boring recursion. Instead, it is a video game that takes advantage of its predecessor's heritage and optimizes its features to go further. Blasphemous II is balanced and extraordinary gameplay, proposes a story full of symbolism that will keep you attentive to every detail, and preserves its sound and graphic quality. It is the definitive sequel.

Splatoon 3 is not a huge step forward that changes the experience of playing to paint the battlefields and eliminate your rivals with ink. However, the adjustments are enough to have a fun experience and not miss the second installment. The campaign could be better, more entertaining, and clear, but it's not bad either. Thanks to the fact that you can now play Salmon Run any time, you will not be stressed about spending much time in the competitive scenario, which occurs even in friendly matches.

In a way, Nier Automata is both a blessing and a condemnation for Replicant. Automata's success allowed it to finally arrive in America with a good facelift. However, you will also find here many concepts that were improved in Automata and now feel more rustic, limiting the impression you can have of a game that was actually released before. If you put the comparisons and imperfect edges aside, you will ultimately find in Nier Replicant ver. 1.22 a story worth playing and an instant cult classic.
